Big E missed half the evaluation period.

They made a huge typo, how did they type spell Madcap Moss "Roman Reigns", they really spelled that wrong

Big E missed half the evaluation period. Cody missed a lot of time too, though presumably scores huge in the "influence" category with his high profile WWE debut

I feel like Jay White and Will Ospreay must be just below the top 20. They've both had good years.
Though I can't say exactly where their best successes fall in relation to the evaluation period, everything just blurs together.

I know it's all bullshit either way, but get the f*** out of here trying to say Moxley didn't have a top ten year. I love Big E too, but Moxley had a better year. Absurd.

MJF, Rollins and Moxley are too low but otherwise no real disagreements with the list

I thought Alexander might be higher...oh well, he's still been one of the top 10 wrestlers in 2022.

Is there any official line on how they weight different promotions? They value WWE, aew and njpw first which is fair enough.
After that though I'm a little lost. They seem to value champions but it then I can't understand how Gresham and Cardona are so far above these, or the order of that section in general. Ospreay in particular seems way too low as a champion in two promotions putting on highly regarded matches.
21-Moose 22-Chris Jericho 23-Jay White 24-Alexander Hammerstone 25-AC Mack 26-Bron Breakker 27-Will Ospreay 28-Sammy Guevara

Some of these choices are really bizarre. Like there's no way Big E and Gresham should be in the top 10 even considering the evaluation period. Same with Cody.
Moxley and Josh Alexander should be way higher.

CM Punk was still retired for almost the first two months of the judging period but he's #3. That excuse for not including Mox in the top 10 is nonsense, IMO.

Few more that stand out as weird by their criteria.
101 Dax Harwood - Many belts and high profile singles matches. At least two moty contenders. No sign of Cash, even without the singles matches he should be somewhere.
154 Chris Brookes - Multiple titles and a tournament win across several promotions. But most importantly probably the biggest variety of opponents, men, women, singles, tag, legends, death worm, ghost, sex doll, seal, what more do you want?
161 Killer Kross - awful Nxt takeover title match, lost title, joke on main roster, released. Handful of appearances elsewhere after that.
292 Dominik Mysterio.
342 EC3 - Is this a joke? His CYN matches make this list? Unless I'm unaware of a run elsewhere.
353 Brian Pillman Jr. - The bucks are listed together but Griff is nowhere to be seen. Anyone below this should be very annoyed especially..
..367 VENY. Pillman usually loses so must be higher due to his better moves, matches, phycology and variety of oponents than Veny. Wtf?
