I've always thought about how bad ass it would be to have Yoko come back after getting down to a healthy enough weight with this look. Mightve even been a way to get Taker out of that pretty rough Unholy Alliance era run and go ahead into the ABA. A stable of Taker, Yoko and maybe one more bigger name that could fit the look and star power would've been sick as hell.

I unironically believe Bastion Booger could’ve gotten over as a comedy babyface. Gross out comedies like Ren and Stimpy, early South Park were massively popular around that time and Booger would’ve fit the bill. I really can't see how fans can get behind a slob. He was a fart joke no one found funny. In fact, when he was facing Rick Martel on an episode of RAW, fans were cheering Martel for spraying him with cologne. Also, Bobby Heenan, who always cheered for the heels because they were baddies wouldn't even put him over. I could see him in The Oddities though, but that part was already occupied by Golga. I don't know, maybe have The Acolytes give him a beatdown and kidnap him and make him a Ministry Disciple. Other than that, I have nothing for the Booger Man.

I think Yokozuna could be the enforcer/body guard to the Corporation. Even though Mabel became Viscera in the Attitude Era, what if instead he and Mo continued Men on a Mission in the late 90s going for more of a gangster rap approach than the more Kid Kross type sound from the early 90s? Regarding Yokozuna, being that I had heard that he was still on the payroll until 1998, I had heard rumors that he could have been an enforcer for Kaientai. I could imagine Yamaguchi-San managing him, too. Yoko seems to be a guy who would have a long term career with WWF/E if he had been willing to go through with the weight loss. I'm pretty sure he was under contract up until 1998. He had two Jakks figures released, one in late 97 and one I think up to early 98. And the original red figure was rereleased on a single card for KB. So I think the belief was that he would return at some point. Akeem in the Nation would have probably killed the group quickly though I can see Russo wanting to see him in it. Booger would be a good pick for the Oddities as mentioned but they would need to make the hump bigger.

Maybe they could capitalize on Street Fighter and give Yoko a look similar to E. Honda, pair him up with Ken Shamrock with his hair dyed blonde to be like Ken, bring in Tenryu, shorten his name to Ryu, 2 Cold Scorpio could be like Balrog.

Orange Cassidy moves so slow because he has a rare medical condition where his blood doesn't pump properly which causes erectile dysfunction. Wrestling gets the heart rate up a bit but then putting his hands in his pockets really helps things along.
From then on whenever a diva/valet/ho etc gets on the apron, his hands go in his pocket and it's basically hulking up, he has to win asap without removing his hands so he can rush to the back.

Bob Backlund doing exactly the same thing but against Austin would probably have got mega heat.
He could do it so cheaply too. 'South Park is a television show for degenerates! I do not enjoy looking at large breasted women!' Then takes a stunner and sells it so hard he lands on the ramp.

Haku as a gun for hire who attacks faces and heels - depending on who’s paying.

Another idea, Sir Mo in The Nation but he wears his Sir Mo attire once more when he wins the Europeon title because he is royalty. Another one, Tatanka in a Kerwin White gimmick.

First off, no current woman should be considered for this due to how they would have been treated.
Now that that's out of the way: Picture a Corporation managed John Cena going against Stone Cold.

Big Evil, a less cartoony, re-gimmicked Yokozuna, and The Godfather would have been like a better version of the APA, in my opinion.

Haku as a gun for hire who attacks faces and heels - depending on who’s paying. They did have him in a suit and tie sometime. Having it where he was formally getting paid for it would have given him more aim, at least.

Possible, but I could also see a 90s John Cena (if heel) being whatever a 90s equivalent to what Austin Theory is now (or moreso, what he was when Vince was around).
