The fight was apparently a drunken, hormonal 16 year old being a jackass and not indicative of anything more. Nash has apparently talked about it in shoots before while making jokes. I feel absolutely terrible about this, you could hear how much Nash adores Tristan from any interview that he did. RIP Tristan He's talked about it on his podcast. It was 100% water under the bridge. Nash joked with him about how bad the jail breakfast was the next day. He definitely thought the world of him. I've always been a big fan of Nash as a performer and personality, but his podcast has made him my favorite in the business. Especially how proud and supportive of a dad he was, this week's show being a huge example. I really hope him and his loved ones are doing as well as they possibly could be

I thought for sure Kevin would take a break from the podcast, but there's a "Remembering Tristen" episode out now. Haven't listened to it. Going to when I'm not working in case the waterworks start up.

I'm listening now and it's a good discussion on addiction and a guy that just loved his son. The end is interesting because it's Nash essentially grappling with the fact that he had glamorized the rock and roll lifestyle for awhile but that alcohol kills folks. Hoping he's doing alright.

Such a tragedy. My heart goes out for Nash and any parent who loses rhein child.
Also the people who sent him hate messages and messages mocking his son are beyond comprehension

Also the people who sent him hate messages and messages mocking his son are beyond comprehension His reaction to those is both admirable and concerning. The latter because Nash is fatalistic here and while I'm sure he has always been kind of towards mankind as a whole, this instance sounded conclusive. It can be part of his strength, that he calculates with the worst case. It can be expression of a downfall in this time of grief. Hoping for the best. Nash is one positively empathic human being.

There's certain types who had to jump on and say that it was because of something I probably should not talk about here (not that it's political...only everything has turned into a political war...including and especially that...)

Both Kevin and Tristen agreed to stop drinking two Wednesday's ago and this past Tuesday, Tristen apparently had some sort of seizure. The inference was that it could have been from withdrawal.

The fact he did the podcast is almost unbelievable. Probably his way of dealing with the greif. Almost like free therapy.

R.I.P. Tristan. Thoughts are with Kevin and Tamara, can't imagine what they're going through right now.

Parents should never have to bury their children. It's just against the natural order of things. Agreed, 1000%

It hurts to see anyone have to bury a child. It just seems that much more cruel that it happened to one of the better "elder statesmen" of wrestling.
