Ah...it's this guy. Ha, it's like in a video game when a bad guy just walks off a cliff without you doing anything.

What a stupid spot, by a deeply stupid man.

You can sum up his entire lasting mark on the wrestling industry in 19 frames, and it's a kinda contrived spot that's only remembered by people making fun of it 25 years after the fact, and GCW still thought he was a good hire in 2022.

Like I could see that Spot working somehow... but... like there needs to be more of a setup than like X-pac lightly kicking his shin...

I know him more as the guy who New Jack put through a table on the pilot of Wrestling Society X. That's it.
Now piss off.

Kid needed to either throw him or avoid a dropkick for that to make any sense at all. It just broke the flow of what was meant to be a showcase for the name talent.

Ah...it's this guy. I'd like to think Sean Waltman does the karate moves/pose in regular life. "I'm sorry Mr. Waltman your application for employment at Target hasn't been approved." *karate pose* "Thank you for your interest in Mary Kay Mr. Waltman, but at this time there isn't any available openings." *karate pose" "Sir, this isn't the DMV, this is a Wendy's..." *karate pose*

I read the name in the title as Chris Hardwick and as such was very confused when I opened the thread.

Imagine being the funny through-the-ropes guy and thinking "The next direction I need to take my character in is homophobia".

I was just listening to last week's episode of Jarrett's Podcast and Hamrick came up. Between that and this bit of news this is by far the most press Hamrick has gotten possibly ever. All for a guy remembered for nothing other than that goofy ass nonsensical bump. I'm surprised he can still walk after doing that dumb shit for over 20 years.
I'm not at all surprised GCW decided to use him. I'll be even less surprised when he appears at the next XPW show.

Rob Black blowing up his phone trying to book him seems eerily plausible at this point. Hamrick is 56 and his wrestling career never amounted to shit, so I'm presuming he must have a "real" job as well. Putting this shit out there for an employer or customers to see is next level stupid.

Waits for someone to complain how "no one's allowed to get real heat anymore" etc. etc.
