I'm gonna miss her alien look contests with Seth where she'd just show up one week looking like one of the Kottonmouth Kings and then next week in a Met Gala outfit like she wasn't just Pakelika Putting It Down For The Kottonmouth Crew last week

Left after Charlotte and returned before her. What’s up with that?

I'm probably crazy but I think the Damage CTRL side wins because of Rhea. Probably because of how Triple H used the women's War Games in the past to set up future title matches (Rhea pinning Shayna and Raquel pinning Io). I don't think Rhea beats Bianca but probably pins Alexa and Rhea vs Bianca will be the title match at Rumble. Becky can move into a feud with Damage Ctrl to bide time until she's ready for Ronda at Mania.
It's possible. How that potential Becky/Damage CTRL feud plays out is interesting in itself, if it happens. Does she just go Megapowers with Bianca for a bit, does she take them on her own, or do they work in some other women like Candice (when she's back) into the story?

Left after Charlotte and returned before her. What’s up with that? What IS up with that? We’re nearing seven months of her being gone with no word of any legit injury. The only reason given was her honeymoon with Andrade, and I don’t care how good the sex might be, that doesn’t go seven months.

Raw's stacked, and though she technically needs to try for revenge against Ronda given the kayfabe 'injury', they might not go that route with Ronda as a heel.

Conrad's kind of said she's alright but that it's a "if she wants to talk about it, she will" situation. Hopefully she's ok now.

I honestly haven't missed Charlotte at all. She's probably the one woman most disliked by fans online, because she was almost never outside of the title scene to the point of where she would go off on interviews about how the title is the most important part of her character. I also feel like she's staying away to let some of the heat die down, because remember that just before she left, she was getting some pretty bad heat backstage due to her cold relationship with Becky, to the point of where it showed up on TV (her dropping the title and making Sonya pick it up, despite it not being part of the script). And also her matches with Nia soured people as well, since they were both sandbagging each other. Obviously I don't know if this is true or not, but I feel like she's in a similar boat as Andrade is, in that her attitude is probably rubbing people backstage the wrong way. But she's willingly laying low until she feels like its safe to come back.

Charlotte desperately needs a gimmick change. Has she had the same character since she debuted?

But she's willingly laying low until she feels like its safe to come back. Here's a quote from Conrad Thompson's podcast on the matter: “A lot of fans I know created a little bit of chatter because I guess there was an appearance she had that was canceled. And I know Andrade said recently that she had some personal stuff that she was working on. You and I know that physically, she’s fine. Emotionally, she’s fine. It’s her business to share. But I guess what I wanted to sort of set the record straight on [is] there’s nothing wrong with Charlotte Flair. She’s just fine.” What Andrade said was that she was off due to "personal issues." That doesn't sound like heat to me. It sounds like there was something else going on that she'll share on her own time if she chooses. If she was laying low due to "heat," reputable wrestling reporters would be talking about it. The fact that they aren't suggests there could be something else going on here that we'll hear about eventually. Anyways, to bring us back on topic, Becky being back is a huge add for the division and her being the lead babyface on Smackdown feels like the right move.

Charlotte desperately needs a gimmick change. Has she had the same character since she debuted? I guess her or Sasha. They've both had the same character for like almost a decade now. Only time they change is when they switch alignments. At least with Sasha they'll put her in the tag division here and there don't feel the need to perpetually put her in the title picture whenever she's around which as a result makes her feel slightly less stale.

She also just needs to not feel like the division revolves around her constantly either.

In the case of Charlotte, her gimmick is literally just Ric Flair's daughter. And it's clear that they are rushing her to 16 or 17 title reigns just so they can have that moment where he passes the torch onto her. The problem is that she never really puts over anyone clean who needs it, and unlike Sasha, is a hell of a lot more inconsistent in every aspect of wrestling. Sasha's promos are kinda bad, but Charlotte is worse. And in the ring, Charlotte is easily the most inconsistent of the 4HW in the ring. She will either have good matches or absolutely terrible matches with nothing inbetween. But on topic, Becky being back in theory could be seen as a good thing. It won't be though if she is just coming back to resume running over everyone outside of Bianca. She's at the point in her career where outside of beating Ronda, she's pretty much peaked, and should be working on building up the next generation of women. I doubt Becky is going to get any more over than she currently is, even after she beats Ronda (assuming that's the plan).

And her run at the top really hasn’t been terribly long considering the large breaks she’s had. I think they should still push her at the top for the foreseeable future.

The long pregnancy break as well as the fact that they really didn't start pushing her as a main eventer until about her third year on the main roster make Becky feel less stale. She's really only had about three years on top (2018 to 2020 and then her one year heel run post pregnancy before she got injured). Even with this long break she's on currently Charlotte has been top for about almost seven years. Basically non stop from when she beat Nikki Bella in late 2015 until she lost to Ronda in the spring of this year before she took time off with really only one break (four or five months in 2020 for an arm injury I believe). And unlike Becky she hasn't had any character tweaks either which makes it feel even longer.

I think the heel women win, while the anti-Bloodline team wins their match so that it’s a 50/50 face-heel win split.

Yeah, people always do this with women. No top guy who is 35 years old with barely a combined 3 years at main event level would be talked about like that. Hell, they would probably still be considered in the early days of their runs with probably a decade plus and multiple title runs ahead of them. Look at the amount of guys in WWE/AEW who are 15-20 year veterans with multiple world titles and years of main eventing under their belts and still constantly get fantasy booked into top spots (Rollins, Moxley, Reigns, Danielson, Omega, Lashley, Jericho, Styles, Sheamus, Wyatt). If you're a top star you're a top star. Just because you're a woman doesn't mean you have to be put out to pasture early.
