Out of the recentish people to be made All Elite predict who will have the best 2023. Relatively speaking I suppose.
(Obviously there'll be more signings but they don't count)

Takeshita, I write in hope more than anything. He's an AEW guy to me in the sense I didn't really know him before he was in AEW and now can't imagine the product without him.

Hopefully Takeshita. Wouldn't complain at all if it were Willow, but I think Takeshita's the one who can and should be toward the top of the mix as soon as narratively possible.

Really hoping for big things from Takeshita; he's clearly talented and clearly connects to the audience, but he stepped away from DDT for a proper AEW run and I really hope that's worth something.

I hope that the only thing that can hold him back is if he needs to divide his time in such a way that AEW can't do everything they want with him. If there is any other consideration, I'm baffled.

I think Bandido has the highest ceiling. He's the one I'd push if it were my company.

Voted Bandido & Takeshita. Both are my dream Owen Hart finals. Hope both have really good years. Seeing either take the AAT back to their home countries for a spell would be awesome as well.

Willow Nightingale is fantastic, and if it were up to me, she would be in the Womens World Championship match at All Out next year.

Takeshita is someone I see getting a belt, if not multiple belts in 2022

Probably Takeshita. All of these are great signings, and I do think they have something seriously special with Willow.
Bandido's excellent, and Andretti's got a lot of potential.

It needs to be Andretti. You don't do that and not have plans going forward.

I'm pulling for Takeshita and Willow. They've both got great babyface energy and are stars in the making. Hopefully they can both get secondary titles next year.

Takeshita & Bandido
I really hope they have actual proper plans for these two, because they have potential to be real game changers.

Many ways to look at this but judging by expectations Vs what's transpired I'd say Jarrett, Saraya and Juice have had better years than those with more votes.
Obviously still time for things to change though.
