Best thing to do is settle out of court and tell Dinosaurman his mask isn't that iconic where he can just put on another dinosaur-themed mask and people will still know who it is.

It would be funny to see this play out in kayfabe. The legal fees are too much, Tony garnishes Luchasaurus' wages, Christian Cage bails on him, all reducing the dino-man to a broke, shell of his former glory haha.  |

Really I'm just kind of over, like, the whole existence of Luchasaurus at this point? The heel turn kind of utterly killed him for me, without the dynamic with Jungle Boy he's just a big man who while more flippy than usual isn't really actually all that interesting.
Honestly kind of the same opinion of Jungle Boy? They were significantly more interesting together than either of them is individually.

Luchasaurus is the definition of a tag team wrestler. Unfortunately his gimmick is a bit too weird to suddenly be like Luchasaurus is now teaming with Scorpio Sky! Either time for a revamp or work really hard to gel with a new partner

Honestly kind of the same opinion of Jungle Boy? They were significantly more interesting together than either of them is individually. I feel like Jungle Boy has the room to develop something deeper because a lot of young guys run into the "learn how to flip and be good, then figure out character stuff afterward" issue; he needs to land somewhere new, but he's got room to figure that out. Luchasaurus is a guy who's been around for too long for that to really ring true and all he's got is the dinosaur schtick. I just struggle to see room for him to do a whole lot else or stick the landing on a reinvention this far into the game, but Luchasaurus as a solo act seems like it's destined for the Youtube shows and not even in that 'get a hot streak and break through to be a main show filler defense' kind of zone like some guys are. I mean that 'beat up jobbers so you can lose to that hot streak guy on Dark' zone. Without Jungle Boy and the dynamic there it just feels like he's underbaked and underwhelming. |

Luchasaurus is better as a tag guy, and there's nothing wrong with that. Give him Serpentico and let them be a midcard heel team for a while until their goofy shtick is turned face by live crowds. That's kinda where I am. Really wish they hadn't turned him though, that makes the whole thing worse. A comedy midcard act who's a dinosaur? You can sell tons of merch, get a pop, he can even keep going as he gets older, a headbutt and tail whip would get him by. But a heel dinosaur is just stupid, ok he's big but too silly to boo, too awkward to cheer, give him something goofy and heelish to do so you can maybe turn him face again, but it's like when they turned Rikishi, just ruins the whole thing, |

Luchasaurus seems to be partly deliberately and partly accidentally just tattooed dinosaur Kane with more flips. I could not give less of a shit about his character divorced from Jungle Boy. And Jungle Boy? Christ they have assassinated that character for me. They were a kid friendly, super babyface tag team act, and now Jungle Boy is some angry piss boy who calls people pussies and hits himself with bottles in promos. Could not care less about the character, and I think 'gritty and edgy' is the absolute last thing that either of these guys should have been doing, even as a counter to Christian and his edgelord promos. If anything I wanted him to rise above it, take the high road. If they eventually reunite as a team, then I will tag back in, but AEW absolutely killed both these guys for me. The only one they booked in a way I liked was Marko because he got booked all the way off TV |

I want to see Luchasaurus go on a deep and meaningful journey to rediscover his inner dinosaur following his corruption at the hands of Christian Cage. When he finally reconnects with the dinosaur within, he gets a new mask.
