WrestleMania III or WrestleMania VI for me. Can't imagine being at one of those Golden Era dome shows where it was a ring in the middle of tens of thousands of people. And two larger than life main events to boot.

All good answers.
Outlier one for me would be Mania 7, if just for the Warrior/Savage match and the aftermath of it.

Wrestlemania 18 and 30 immediately spring to mind. Some honourable mentions though:
Mick Foley's first WWF title win. Nitro where Goldberg beat Hogan. Money in the Bank 2011. Any of the Steamboat Vs Flair trilogy.

Wrestlemania 3 is a great answer, I'd also go with Wrestlemania 1.
One I've mentioned before is the first match in Madison Square Garden between Dynamite Kid and Tiger Mask, maybe not the front row but more in the middle so you could see the crowd being exposed to that next level of wrestling, and getting into it.
Maybe Bash At The Beach 1996, the night Hulk Hogan joined the NWO.
And frankly, just for the spectacle... front row of one of those Onita exploding ring matches from FMW.

Wrestlemania 17 or Summerslam 1998.

Haven’t seen it mentioned yet so KOTR 98. I get goosebumps every time I watch the Hell In A Cell match back and to see Mankind flying off it in person would have been mental.

WM17 is my go-to answer.
As an outlier though, I'd say SummerSlam 1992. Not the greatest show from an in-ring perspective, but with it being at (the old) Wembley Stadium it must have been amazing.

There's something wrong with me. As I was thinking of what events I could remember. My brain started with Over The Edge 99.
I have zero interest in seeing that. But my mind thinks I do.
That being said. It would been cool to see Royal Rumble 94. Owen attacking Bret leading to Bret's unexpected rumble entry. Lex and Bret going over at the same time. The spectical of the Taker Match.

18...Hogan vs. Rock...Just watching the beginning still makes the hair on my arms stand up. For a kid born in 84 the aura of that match summed it up.

If I’m picking one then I want it to be my favorite match of all time. Sakura Genesis 2017. Okada vs Shibata
