Now I know what it's like to be a Dunmer. Because that was some "Ash storms from Red Mountain" shit outside.

Yeah, I was off from work on Tuesday and left my place across the river from Manhattan to go vote in the local primary around dinner time, and my eyes nearly bugged out when I saw the sky and then felt even worse once the sting of the smoke set in. Thought it was mostly better by yesterday morning, but then by the afternoon it was just as bad, if not worse. I've started wearing a mask outside and really don't want to take my dog around for too long when she needs to be walked.
Sad part is this is apparently from unseasonably dry and warm conditions driving the Canadian wildfires, which means that with climate change we're only going to get more and more stuff like this, to go along with the other extreme weather conditions and what have you. Fun!

Who had "Northeast becomes Batman TAS Gotham or the last season of the original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" on their surreal bingo card?

Fun! Also sad is I'm SURE there's lots of fun arguments and "ideas" right now. No I am not searching such out, nor do I want to. Worrying about WE ACCEPT IT/WE REJECT IT reactions just makes like everything worse.
