Which is stupid, because they overpay for rights fees which are a boatload of money and then make very public layoffs which are pennies in comparison. So either you should be budgeting this shit in ahead of time or be willing to take the loss.

Also should be said just because you are making money doesn’t mean that out are turning a profit. No matter how much money you make you still have margins you have to make as you have to appease shareholders.
