WWE Network has completely changed its app/website as of this morning. I'm still looking it over, but one new feature is you can lower/raise the speed of videos.

It’s interesting and not all bad but certainly not all good from what I’ve seen.

Absolutely hate it. It was already hard enough to navigate/find sequential programming for old shows. Now the player takes up the entire page and there's simply no way to navigate easily to other shows, the Episodes section looks to be gone entirely. Plus the skip forward/backward 10 seconds option is gone so if I have a stream issue, miss something, or want to skip through old TV ad links/parts of a segment I have to click and hope.
Awful awful re-design.

Can I ask on what devices you’re using the app on ? - It’s just that on Apple devices which is what I have the 30 sec skip forward and back is there. - The episodes section is still there for me for most things but it’s changed a bit and is a bit tricky to navigate but it’s still there. - the chapters being on the side now with timestamps is helpful and a nice touch.

I'm assuming this is outside of the US? I was watching some old stuff last night on Peacock and it was the same as it's been.

The stuff is all still there as far as I can see it’s just packaged differently. There’s some stuff that needs to be fixed like the continue watching which is completely f***ed. It’s in years for raw and smack down and the other TV shows and and it seems you can start a year and watch it through. The chapters have moved but in what I think is a nice way.

There seems to have been no changes to the Peacock US app on Samsung smart TV.

There seems to have been no changes to the Peacock US app on Samsung smart TV. The WWE Network app changed, not Peacock. Here's the current (soon to be former) format: watch.wwe.comHere's the new one: network.wwe.com

Both of these redirect to Peacock. I wasn't aware you could still navigate to a site for viewing The Network that was not Peacock itself.

Outside the U.S., it will tell you to sign in to WWE Network. They've blocked the red "sign in" button from appearing in the U.S., but everywhere else, it's by the search icon at the top right.

Ah I see. Thanks for the information. I miss the old network. Had some features I really enjoyed and Peacock just does not offer them.

So since yesterday on the iOS app version the following has been added or sorted.
-chromecast has been added -raw now sorted from 1993 to 2015 with 2016-2019 not sorted on the tab but they are sorted when searched for - NXT 2020-2023 added to the Nxt section.

Good news the old version is back online(for me at least) and it’s at watch.wwe.com and the new version is live at network.wwe.com so we can watch both. It’s a good move as it was a bit of a mess and this is what they should’ve done initially and made it a slow move.

Having a look at the PS5 version of the app, first impressions are that it’s a bit clunky moving around the interface and I don’t like how the Raw and SmackDown episodes are randomly listed rather than in chronological order.
Also I did like the previous layout having the PPVs divided into years so unless you know exactly when the PPVs took place or have Wikipedia to hand, then you might miss, say, the UK PPVs if you were doing a rewatch.
Other than that, I’m sure I’ll get used to it. I just wish they’d update the promo screen on the PS5 because Roman’s still in his Shield outfit and Sasha and Keith Lee aren’t even there anymore.

My first time using the new app for Summerslam. Happy to see it is now compatible with my 2021 Samsung TV, only 2 years since I asked WWE support about it. On my 2019 Samsung TV I had to uninstall the old app then install the new one, no auto update was available.
Both can use the TV pin system to login unlike the Android TV/Fire TV app.
Both defaulted to Arabic audio language for some reason.
No more buffering on the 2019 Samsung which is good.
PQ seemed better somehow?
I find the timeline FF/RW is better for my use.
Overall happy they bothered to update it.

The new website is f***ing awful, I have my Network subscription pretty much solely for the archive and they've made it even more difficult if not impossible to navigate that than it was before, especially for non-WWE stuff.
If I was a cynic I might suggest that it's to condition users for when it's merged with various on-demand services like the US version and Peacock, and for all this stuff to not be immediately available afterwards.
