I give it an 8.
It's narratively a mess which I hate, but the actual wrestling itself continues to be top-notch

So FTR retained then, huh?
Guess I'll be skipping it as I'm not a fan of the show as is.

A very strong 9, and I was on the edge as soon as FTR retained, was totally expecting Cole to superkick MJF when he was about to be hit from behind with the belt, so glad they didn’t go down that route.
I know FTR are public enemies #2 around these parts (behind Punk) but I have always loved their ring work and their matches have been really good, so I’m not too bummed out about them retaining.
Also, that opener made me actually care about Andrade, when I’ve been done with him since his antics last year. Great match between him and Buddy.

Went with a 7. Great tag match and as much as I'm enjoying the Cole-MJF storyline the right team won. Cole-MJF don't need the tag belts to continue the storyline.
Loved Punk's promo and I'll be there live next week to see Punk vs Starks for the Collison World Title.
Julia Hart is bad ass. Next to Britt she has become my favorite Women's wrestler in AEW.

8/10, enjoyed the ladder match with Andrade vs. Buddy, the CM Punk/Ricky Starks segment and the tag team title match.
I thought for sure MJF was turning on Cole after the match, glad to see they're sticking together for now.
I didn't care at all for Darby vs. Suzuki or the Samoa Joe match.

What a weird show. Still don't really get why Andrade is a face but oh well decent start and Julia is great. The tag title match was good, the aftermath fantastic, Cole expecting the betrayal and the tension of the hug, expecting a low blow at any moment. They knew the tropes and played to them perfectly.
Between was just all over the place.
Darby and Suzuki was also decent, some good moments but think they're capable of better.
Punk spraying the contents of his sack in front of Tony ruined the mood. Skipped most of the following matches but well done Juice for trying to inject some fun with the cardboard cutout.
Oh and Joe faced someone, I forget who.
7? Bit generous but the best bits were really good.

I voted 9. FTR retaining to me made the MJF/Cole intrigue more, well, intriguing than if they had won. The supposed friendship going through adversity without snapping makes a whole lot more sense than "can they survive getting lavishly rewarded?" Like yeah, no shit that wouldn't cause MJF to turn, so we'd know nothing we didn't already know going into the match.

7/10. It was a really solid wrestling show, but CM Punk doing exactly what I didn’t want him to do with the whole “this is the REAL belt” nonsense knocks it down 3 full points, along with knocking down my overall enjoyment of AEW 3 full points if that’s going to be the main event for a while.

I was actively rooting and digging Andrade again, same. I loved that ladder match. Unless I’m misremembering, there was like one spot that didn’t make sense, but everything else did. Very hard hitting. On a superficial note, Andrade’s hair and pants are a great look. He just needs to never wear that top again.

10/10! Was disappointed to see them lose the match but that story between the two not betraying each other afterwards was PERFECT!
Great matches throughout and good stories. Amazing night of wrestling.

9. Damn good 2 hours of wrestling. I wasn't even that pissed MJF/Cole lost since this storyline has become so intriguing.

Taking off a point or two for FTR retaining, so an 8. It was my favorite episode of Collision otherwise. Good and Hartford are two things that are usually 2 things that aren't in the same sentence!! We sat by the entrance, and could see the ring, pretty well. I'll give it a 9. The Punk promo was.... a thing that happened lol.
