With Punk they were clearly building to a strap match with Ricky so I feel bad that Ricky was left off All In for an angle that has to be placed on hold.

So why are there two PPVs a week apart? rumor is that the plan was for aew to have some sort of streaming service by now but mostly they had a set time they couldn’t budge from wembley so they’re stuck having them so close together Tony said they’ll do the same thing next year but I don’t believe for a second it’ll happen He said the two shows will take place a week apart next year which I think will happen but I'm not so sure they'll have them both be PPVs again.

Yeah this card isn't worth $50. Hell it's not even worth $20!
This card is incredibly weak. Probably a contender for weakest PPV card of the year.

If this ends up being the weakest PPV/PLE card of the year, this will be the best year in wrestling history.

Dude should be going into All Out as a face in a feud that cements him as one of the top guys in the company off the back of a big win at Wembley, instead he's a heel in a program with the worst face in the business right now.

If the plan was Punk/Starks at All Out, then I'm happy it's not going to happen. Because Starks deserves so much better than being the heel vs the guy that is doing a "Real World Champ" gimmick as a babyface. Not to mention that the guy who is supposed to be the babyface already got his win back vs the supposed heel from the Owen Hart Cup Final by beating him when Steamboat was ref. And you know Punk wouldn't want to lose in Chicago, so it would mean that Punk theoretically would have beaten Starks twice after Starks got a fluke pin via Punk as mentioned in the Owen Hart Cup Final. So Punk would have two wins via Starks.

I think this could end up being a sleeper hit show, at least quality wise. OC/Moxley and Omega/Takeshita are big sellers to me. The 8 man tag will be fun, and Shane Taylor's a dude who can go when he's on, so him and Joe could be a good slugfest. The rest of the card is full of question marks, but I don't see any clear stinkers on paper at least.

Tony, if you’re putting ROH matches on here. How about getting Athena on the card. Especially if Saraya isn’t going to defend her title.

Usually when the pressure's on them they hit home runs so I'm hopeful that'll be the case here.

I don't think this card is dire or anything, but it definitely feels like table scraps. It feels less like a big time PPV and more like a decent special edition Dynamite. I'd say it's a better card than Payback's got, that's basically only got Seth / Nakamura going for it which is a complete foregone conclusion, but Payback also has less need of a good card because it's a tenth of the price to watch it.

Have you seen Payback? It's not the strongest card but I think it can deliver and even add plenty of story to it

But this has more of a feel of that specific thing because of how randomly thrown together it is besides OC/Mox and Takeshita/Omega.

I contest that, Ruby and Kris has had a few weeks of build, as has Hobbs/Miro Punk/Starks was supposed to, guess that got curtailed. At least Top Bucks vs BCG has a baked in story in itself and Cole and MJF being on the PPV period can likely lead to further storylines It's a lighter card which was expected but I do think there's been some build to the matches, it'll also be about how Collision goes too though
