I had to get my card replaced twice in the last two years. The first time was in November 2021 due to the ProWrestlingTees breach. The second time was last month when someone tried using my card information in Bangkok.

I hope they have miserable diarrhea and every bathroom visit feels like taco bell's hottest sauce I used to like taco bell but the last few times made it enough for not to return. Last time I got pure runs and was in the bathroom a few times with that. Next last time was my fault-I waited like 10 minutes to get home to eat and by that time the soft tacos had gotten soggy and the meat fell right through, breaking the taco. They have a self service machine for ordering which is nice. Sometimes I'm not sure what I want, like to check out the menu without holding anyone up. They have an option for "extra" of something with no upcharge, IIRC so I order extra meet and cheese. Each time they come and it's like half the amount of what you get for a normal portion. Tropical Smoothie was similar-pay for extra sauce, meats and you will get regular but when I do the normal option, they give me double for no extra.

Someone stole your credit card and used it to have food delivered to their home?
Not exactly a criminal mastermind.
Someone stole mine and used it to buy gift cards in Rhode Island to the tune of three grand. I especially enjoyed how USAA called me to verify the purchase when I bought gas in Montana while moving from Washington to Texas, but apparently thought there was nothing strange about someone buying gift cards in $250 increments halfway across the country.

I’ve been seeing a lot of people online complain that their Taco Bell app was hacked. I went ahead and changed my password and removed my saved card just to be safe.

There have been a lot of stolen cards lately, myself included. It happened about two weeks ago on debit card that I actually forgot I even had and they first called to tell me I had no money left in the account (I only kept minimum balance after they cut the APR lower than the other checking account I have) and then called for fraud alert, which I told the first guy about. They ended up reversing the charges and now I have two new shiny debit cards and can't get a human being to tell which one should be activated (two different card numbers, both show up on my online account).

Did the bank cop to the funds, at least? Sounds like 'gesture of goodwill' territory to save any admission of liability but no idea how it works in the neoliberal hellscape that is the USA. In my bitter experience, detection rules are written by people that haven't spoken to a customer since the Taft administration.
