The Nailz thing....he was even mentioning the Bossman when he was working indies. Never mind he was probably Big Bubba or something by then. Rhonda Singh got a Bertha Faye lite character when she went to WCW. I don't remember Rhonda Singh doing anything similar to Bertha Faye in WCW. I remember her being Rhonda "Monster Ripper" Singh, basically a female version of King Kong Bundy.

Mike Rotunda. Once he became Michael Wallstreet, he was pretty much stuck in some variation of that gimmick for the rest of his career, except for a very brief Varsity Club reunion a decade later.

In that she was trying to dance with the Nitro Girls and strip and etc. You know, still the "It's funny cause she's a PSW who thinks she's sexy!" routine. Later on she got a soft reboot as Monster Ripper though.

Can't believe Matt Borne as Doink wasn't mentioned. Before that, he was well regarded as a talented in ring worker, and although most of Doink's run was played by Ray Apollo, Borne was considered by many as the best version of the character.

Hacksaw Jim Duggan-While his super patriot gimmick worked in the wwf of 1987-93 with all the evil foreigners hanging around, when he tried to take that to WCW it didnt work out as much since WCW never really leaned into that trope by the time Duggan came in, so he was given go-nowhere feuds with Big Bubba and VK Wallstreet. Him turning heel, shaving the beard, and joining Team Canada did at least give him something to do, but then they inexplicably dropped it and had him turn face again, where he literally did nothing after. He had a feud with Diamond Dallas who was from the evil country of New Jersey

Right. His second most successful gimmick was athletic jerk who went to Syracuse several years ago. Rich Ahole/Tax Man has way more potential for heat.

Nick Gage. Yeah, it makes sense why he's primarily regarded as just the deathmatch guy. He certainly looks and acts the part. But there's some hidden depth to both his style and his character, hence why Maki Death Kill has some legs as a duo. And of course, dude managed one hell of a judo throw to subdue Arquette in their infamous death match.
