When I think of The Fantastics I think mid 80s, maybe early 90s. But they were were (just barely, but) still in WCW during the nWo era. Their last appearance was in October 1996.
Also, Tommy Rogers came back for a blink and you'll miss it singles 'push' in 2000 that amounted to a couple promos, a couple jobber wins and a couple losses to bigger names.

The Sandman sticking around into deep 2007 always amuses me since he lasted longer than most ECW guys he brought in when you would probably expect him to lose his job pretty quickly. From what I understand Vince liked him a lot, same with Balls Mahoney. Now I canβt stop thinking about Vince partying with Sandman and Balls.

I think Tatanka was still in the WWF in 1996. He was in the 1996 Rumble. Speaking of 1996, Doink the Clown (presumably played by Steve Lombardi) showed up at a few Indian house shows that year. Also that year Glenn Jacobs worked their September tour of South Africa under the Isaac Yankem gimmick just around two weeks before he would re-debut on TV as "Diesel". They never should have made him Bollywood Doink....

Duggan wasnt just around in 1993, he actually got a minor push in the beginning of the year, being the first one to knock down Yokozuna (and then doing an injury angle), getting new gear, and having 2 matches against Shawn Michaels on consecutive episodes of RAW. He was still around until the fall (his last tv match being a job to Yoko at the Summerslam Spectacular).

My favorite jobber: The Gambler. How he lasted so damn long on the premise of "owns cards" is astounding.

The Duke of Dorchester Pete Doherty competing in the 1991 King of the Ring. Granted, I've never seen the match but just seeing it on paper is a head-spinner.
He replaced Texas Tornado in the first round against Bret Hart, which would have been a really compelling match-up at that point in time.

With Edge and Ziggler gone is Miz the only one from pre-Shield WWE days doing weekly TV? Cena and R-Truth are the only other two on the books that I can think of. Bobby Lashley, Drew McIntyre, Cody Rhodes, Jey Uso, Jimmmy Uso, Natalya, Carlito, Luke Gallows, Rey Mysterio, Tamina and MVP are also around, Wade Barrett is also still on TV as a colour commentator.

Diavari coming out during Angle's I am literally begging you to boo me phase. Daivari was still appearing on TV well into 2007 which just feels weird to me. Bull Buchanan appearing as John Cena's lacky in late 2002 was also surreal as he hadn't been seen since Right to Censor broke up well over a year earlier.

Bull Buchanan appearing as John Cena's lacky in late 2002 was also surreal as he hadn't been seen since Right to Censor broke up well over a year earlier. Bull just kept getting put in new same name gimmick changes and nothing seemed to work. It really speaks to how amazing Cena is that he was able to work a little with Bull and go on to be successful. Being with Bull ensured no one else got over really until Cena changed his act a bit.

After reinstating the brand extension, Jack Swagger/Jake Hager on Smackdown in 2016 surprised me. I don't remember any notable moments from his after turning babyface in his feud with Rusev/Miro yet I was watching SDLive consistently.
