This feels weird coming from a lifelong Packers fan, but help me, Detroit Lions. Youβre my only hope.

We'll get to hear that Allen had the greatest 4.8 yards per pass in history.

The pregame talk was Allen/Mahomes is this era's Brady/Manning.
It's not. Only one guy wins when it matters. Allen/Mahomes is actually Brady/Rivers

Josh Allen rears back and fires a ballistic missile bomb 60+ yards and Diggs gets hit square in the hands and drops the game changing pass. He's probably still trying to figure out a way to blame Kirk Cousins.
Somebody needs to revoke Diggs WR Diva Card. You can't drop that shit bro.

Something that got lost in the excitement of the end of Sunday's Buccaneers-Lions game: the Lions screwed up the clock on the final kneeldowns and could have given the Bucs the ball back with about 35 seconds left - except Tampa Bay didn't use their final timeout.
The video is way too overlong and kind of irritating, but the nuts and bolts are as follows: Detroit took the final two snaps with about 15 seconds remaining on the play clock both times, rather than running it all the way down to zero. But Tampa Bay never used their last timeout, so the game just ended.

I pointed out after the game that Bowles who first became a HC 9 years ago still hasn't learned how to manage a clock and use timeouts. And the reason he gave after the game should get him fired. There would have been 30ish seconds left sure they'd need a miracle but it's the playoffs you don't just roll over and die when there is a chance you can still win

To be fair here, throwing the high arcing rainbow bomb in 40mph winds isn't a super great idea, I'm sure that ball moved and f***ed up Diggs tracking of it.

There would have been 30ish seconds left sure they'd need a miracle but it's the playoffs you don't just roll over and die when there is a chance you can still win His exact quote is ghastly if you're a Buccaneers fan: Let's say Bowles uses the timeout. The Lions send out Michael Badgley to attempt a 49-yard field goal with about 33 seconds left. Badgley is a career 37-for-48 from 40-49 yards (77 percent). It's no gimme, even in a dome. It's a high-pressure kick to effectively end the game or give your opponent new life. For the sake of the argument, let's say Badgley hooks the kick. Then the Buccaneers have the ball on their own 39-yard-line with roughly 27 seconds left. That's not worth fighting for? That's not worth the chance? If I'm a Buccaneers player, I'm mad at the decision, but I'm furious with the coach's rationale.
