I liked it. First real big show of “SyNeRgY” I’ve seen.

I'm glad WWE is getting involved with upstanding citizens like Conor after some of their recent issues.

I didn't care for it but as long as the UFC didn't take 10-15 minutes of the show I can put up with it.
I would be interested to see if WWE would do the opposite at a UFC show, I don't think it would go over that well.

I wish that I knew which thread that I posted it in but I predicted Chandler vs. Conor at WM a while back.
Also: predicted that the Rock would own the WWE. I’m a regular Nostradumbass.

Please stay away from WWE McGregor. An actual Irish embarrassment. The awkward moment when Becky's The Man gimmick is straight up female Conor McGregor...

That entire segment sucked shit and the time it wasted could have been put to much better use.

In fairness to Conor, who hasn't wanted to punch the Miami Heat mascot?
I can see them doing a worked shoot match. As Conor's body is f'd and I don't think he can get into fighting shape again. If he can, then there's the question of if he can pass a drug test...

I've only seen the footage on twitter, why was the Wrestlemania logo kept in the shot as much as physically possible for this?
they wouldn't be stupid enough to shoe horn a ufc match into one of the wrestlemania nights would they?

Oh hey, WWE providing me another reason to continue not to watch, fantastic. I used to hate when TNA plugged Bellator to hell and back, and I'm quite certain UFC won't be plugging WWE stuff in the near future. So this is where the clear asymmetry is coming into things, because they did sort of plug the Bianca and Montez reality show. But they did it by allocating a shot of them in the crowd during the typical between-match shout outs of any celebrity, major athlete, or other big UFC fighter is in attendance that night. It was clearly an ad read, but it was a really brief and offhand one. Because UFC PPVs don't have time to focus on things that aren't the UFC PPV. It's brief ad reads and talking heads discussing the matches coming up, then the matches, then a post-match interview, rinse and repeat. Wrestling will absolutely get taken advantage of for being more freeform in their half of this arrangement.

No chance. Conor is still a huge box office draw, they want to get as many people as possible buying that PPV on ESPN +.

I don't want any ufc matches on wwe tv, I want to see mcgregor on tv/ppv/internet/any form of media even less, but I wouldn't put it past them to put on an exhibition/warm up match for him in an attempt to get any extra ppv buys from the wrestling fan base.
