Just seen a video of HHH telling Windham & Rotunda they are in the hall of Fame. Rotunda got quite emotional. He’s had a difficult year I’m sure. Assuming Bray goes in as well this year.

There was a list going around a few days ago claiming to be the full leaked 2024 class. The US Express were on it so decent chance it was accurate after all. This was the full list: {Spoiler}{Spoiler}{SPOILER: CLICK TO SHOW}Paul Heyman Bull Nakano Muhammad Ali Lia Maivia Thunderbolt Patterson US Express Bray Wyatt One of these things is not like the other…one of these things doesn’t belong.

I was positive when they announced there was gonna be a class at the Garden that he'd go in. Bray or the Wyatt Family as a whole is gonna be the last announcement, and it's gonna get a prime tv spot.

God bless Mike Rotunda. After a tough year, he still finds time to presumably represent himself for two hall of fame induction speeches one week before tax day.
Seriously though I hope the weekend is great for him.

Inducting the U.S. Express is a great way to induct both Barry Windham and Mike Rotunda individually, because I don't think they have the greatest case to be inducted as a tag team, as they were a team in WWF for just one year.

My big question for this one is if they'll try to spring for "Born in the USA" for the induction, given their later theme was transferred to Hogan.

Mike Rotunda deserves to go in individually due to his IRS run. He was a big part of WWF. One could do Windham individually for his WCW/NWA singles run I suppose, but like Arn Anderson, the 4 Horsemen thing is probably enough. I wouldn't put their tag team in.

I really hate then inducting people twice. Windham is already in, just induct IRS.

I wouldn't be surprised they're inducting them together cause they are Windham/Rotunda... Bray's real name... >_>
(also his uncle and dad... shut up.)
but Rotunda does deserve his own spot. I mean so does Barry but he's already in

I really hate then inducting people twice. Windham is already in, just induct IRS. I look at it like the RnR HoF, major acts deserve a nod, even if a member is already in because of a different act. Both these guys deserve solo inductions as well, IMO.

You could, but not really necessary since they aren't considered an all time great tag team.

Yeah, I'm not necessarily debating their merit as a team as it was done before I was born, just the idea of getting in multiple times.

The only reason I can see putting the US Express in rather than IRS is because Bray Wyatt is also going in and they’re going to get them all in at once.

I am happy that The US Express are getting inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame. I didn't start watching wrestling until 1987, so the only match that I have seen of theirs was when they lost the Tag Team Titles at WM 1. It is my favorite match from that show. I never saw their work in the NWA. But, I know their legacy. Real American was written for them before Hulk Hogan took it from them. They are both Hall of Famers for their later careers as The Stalker & Irwin R. Schyster. Windham is now a 2-time Hall of Famer. Hopefully, Rotundo gets inducted alongside his late son, Bray Wyatt, which would be a tearjerker, but they would be the 6th father & son to both be inducted after Fritz & The Von Erichs, Blackjack Mulligan & Barry Windham, Stu & Bret Hart, Angelo Poffo & Randy Savage, & Bob Armstrong & Road Dogg.

For those that say WWE's hall isn't a real hall of fame, they need to see Mike's reaction during the whole thing and Barry's towards the end. See how emotional they are and how much it means to them. It is very real.

Go in as themselves and part of a team (like the Dream Team), or as a player and a coach.

I started watching WWF around Wrestlemania 2, so I didn't see US Express in action much except for WWF Coliseum Videos. My first WWF live event did feature the Dan Spivey version of US Express. They seemed like a good team, but not any more or less memorable than most 80s teams. Their tag shelf life was also fairly short for a HOF career, but getting any sort of tag title reign back then was a very successful feat. Now, a majority of WWE wrestlers have some sort of title reign and usually several.
