Sting's done the rafters spot after Owen Hart's death in both WCW and TNA. Owen's death was preventable and negligent in what should've been a very safe spot otherwise. Oh, didn't realize. I thought it was something that the business completely swore off.

I really didn't hate that match, Jericho's been rough bumping lately but I thought it made Atlantis Jr looked good I might just finally be reaching Jericho-burnout. Also I don’t think that that was the best main event to do on the go home show for a PPV. It's not their last show before the PPV so I'll be fine with it

STING FROM THE RAFTERS ONE LAST TIME/10 Absolutely this. I don’t care what else happened, all I’ll remember is that ending

Not the perfect Dynamite, and not even a great main event segment for most of it, but Sting coming down from the rafters for me real emotional and was a special moment we’ll remember for a long time.

Yeah, that rafter spot covered up a lot of warts for me otherwise. Sting was my first favorite wrestler so that really just hits big for me personally.
I still can't believe that's going to be the last time we likely ever see Sting on TV unless he becomes a non-wrestling personality. Like I know we can count the amount of wrestling retirements that have actually stuck on one hand (the embarrassing efforts of a certain 75 year old tonight being a reminder of this). But in Sting's case, I really think this is the end.

I would not mind General Manager Steve Borden, I really wouldn't. Especially to combat The EVPs efforts...

7.5/10: Most was good. But that main event dragged it down. I really didn't hate that match, Jericho's been rough bumping lately but I thought it made Atlantis Jr looked good I thought the post match show of respect between 'em was a great moment.
Skye Blue w/ Julia Hart picking the important W.
They did amazing job of building KINGSTON vs. AMDRAG during a match alone, ' could not believe the build would get any better.
Sting's rafter spot was legendary, bat fight was well done.
10/10

Thought it was a good go home show, I can't say I'm not pumped for ppv. Thought the Ospreay segment especially did a lot for his match.
Quite enjoyed the Jericho match, especially with the vignette showing the history between him and Atlantis.
But really everything was overshadowed by Sting descending from the rafters. Abolsutely marked out. Had the biggest smile on my face watching that. Was just awesome.

Enjoyed the Hangman/Swerve/Joe segment, the BCC/FTR-Eddie trios, Nick Wayne/OC and Sting from the rafters. I'm looking forward to Ospreay in AEW, but the Don Callis alliance stuff has been a miss for me from the beginning, I really hope he isn't stuck with that angle for too long. I'll go with a strong 7.

I'd say a really high 8 minimum actually, surprised so many people are going quite low. The Hangman/Swerve/Joe segment was terrific, loved the opener, Ospreay's segment was really good and the crowd was nuclear for him, Statlander/Skye was brilliant and isn't really getting the love it deserved, thought the Jericho match was excellent and a cool moment, they used video packages well there, it's not something I ever feel like I need but it definitely added to that match and then Sting coming down from the rafters was incredible. The first few minutes it appeared the crowd was going to be dead, but they got louder and more invested quickly and consistently as the night progressed, I think that's the sign of a really good show personally. Plus I think if you have 4 really good matches (the Jericho match seems to be contentious, as per, but I digress), 2 really strong promo segments and an amazing moment to close the show...you can't do an awful lot more than that.

Very strong go home show. Ending segment was incredible. Bumped up to 9 for Sting doing the rafter spot.

I went with an 8. Very enjoyable episode of Dynamite and a great go home show. Some of my thoughts:
1) The Hangman twist in the opening was so epic. He totally got me as I thought he was going to be out. The passion from Swerve and Joe made this match must see. Props to all 3 guys putting together an awesome title match program. 2) Nick Wayne is going to be a star. He is so so good at selling and story telling in the ring. 3) Strap the rocket to Skye Blue. Next to Julia Hart she is my fav. 4) I really want Mox and Kingston to reunite as friends. Maybe Danielson or Claudio are destroying Eddie and Mox stops the destruction of his friend? 5) The Ospreay Callis promo added so much to the match on the ppv. This was much needed because the match originally did not make sense as to why to me logically speaking. 6) Sting sure took his time to arrive as Darby and Flair are getting beat down lol 7) Can we please stop or at least tone it down bringing in all these other guys from promotions I have never seen before? I get they have a fan base, but I have never heard of Atlantis Jr before so why should I care to see or watch him? I am speaking as a watcher of only AEW and WWE. Some guys they bring in are amazing and a great introduction to me who I end up loving such as Ishii and Minoru Suzuki. But I just feel it is too much when I would rather see some AEW talent who do not get a lot of tv time such as Kip Sabian, Evil Uno, Ortiz, RUSH, etc...

The opening segment was perfect go-home TV. All three men gained more momentum. Joe and Swerve goin at it on the stick. Hangman continues to be a snake. Six-man was exactly what it needed to be. Jericho lore dug into again. And the reason we all tuned in last night: Ric Flair's chops haven't lost even 90% of what they used to be! No but seriously, my earliest wrestling memory (and maybe earliest memory period) is being a 4-year-old lil Stinger watching WCW Power Hour to see if Sting beat Sid Vicious at Halloween Havoc 1990. To sit here almost 35 years later and see Sting one last time on TBS again, it brings a myriad of feelings. And being that this is what wrestling is, at its base, is all about I can't give it anything less than a 10. It doesn't matter that the segment didn't make any sense, it didn't matter that Flair's offense resembled a small child. Sting made made me feel.

Sting - 10 Flair - 0 Tax returns company sponsoring cheating of the week- wtf?
Hangman ruled himself out of a match. If nobody interrupted he'd have just hobbled to the back and lost his spot at the ppv. Stupid wwe type nonsense. Especially combined with Roddy's ongoing dumb plan.
Some good wrestling. Stokely stuff was funny. Weird week for the Jericho stuff. Kingdom couldn't even run around the ring correctly.
So er... 6?

Thought it was a good show, 7/10.
I enjoyed the opening segment with Hangman "swerving" Swerve and I see Joe retaining and Swerve will get a one-on-one shot at the next PPV.
I liked the ending also with Sting coming down from the rafters one last time but I still think Ric will betray Sting on Sunday.

Sting's done the rafters spot after Owen Hart's death in both WCW and TNA. Owen's death was preventable and negligent in what should've been a very safe spot otherwise. Also to follow up to this, according to SRS, Tony Khan actually got Martha Hart's blessing to do the rafter spot with Sting.
