Where nobody dies?
I would go with April Fool's Day.

I don't remember anyone dying in "The Babadook".
And if we're talking about on-screen deaths, then the original of "The Wicker Man" ends before anyone dies.

The Others. Sort of I guess since we never see anyone actually die.

Nosferatu? I can't recall anyone dying in it and it's one of my favourite films of all time. Scratch that I think the sailors in the ship carrying Orlock were killed by him but you don't see it on screen.

Can we count films where a bunch of people die but then it has an "all just a dream" ending?

Scatman Crothers died in this. As did the Kool-Aid Man, based on that one elevator scene.

The Amityville Horror (the James Brolin version) was suspense and creepiness rather than actual violence.

Oh wow. Umm. From my own personal biases can't count dead bodies, flashbacks to other people dying, arguably "human" things. That rules out Poltergeist, the original theatrical cut of 1408 and Eraserhead.
No one died in Wes Craven's preferred ending to Nightmare on Elm Street. Maybe? It's all really up in the air. Freddy doesn't even turn Nancy's mom into a blow-up doll. But that's hypothetical, y'know? Not the sex doll thing, mf'er absolutely does do that.
So using my weird, freaky, narrow criteria - yeah, I'm going to agree with Humanoid. April Fool's Day.
