This photo is the exact point I was going to say. Around Uncensored/Spring Stampede 1998. He was still in his peak popularity era. He had the big gold belt. I think this was his best look. At Starrcade I wasn't a fan of the bodysuit thing and the Hogan rematch at Superbrawl he had the singlet but it was just plain black without any pattern yet. |

92 Sting with the fringe felt the most “superstar” to me followed by Wolfpac Sting.

When I think of Sting, my mind always goes straight to the surfer version even though he's been Crow Sting for most of my life.

As a little kid not knowing anything of WCW I always thought the Wolfpack sting looked so awesome. That and I’ll say his beginning TNA look were my two favorite Stings.

This kinda leaves off my favorite "you can stick it" Sting, but past that it's '99-01 crow Sting with the shorter hair.  |

I was around 6/7 years old and I started watching wrestling that year. I was engrained enough to be devastated by the Hogan heel turn lol. Other than the Crow, this is the Sting that lives in my head. |
