Honestly think his performances were a big part of why Collision was so panned early on. Obviously not the main reason but he didn't help. To complain online like he did and to take shots at Ian made it even worse

I hope Ian gets his spot, provided he wants that load on top of already doing ROH. He's just so good.

Yeah, he just wasn’t good at the job. Is what it is.

And he complained a day before Sting retired, a very stupid thing to do.

To complain online like he did and to take shots at Ian made it even worse He's most of the reason. His commentary was awkward and killed any sort of vibe in a very obvious, unusual way. Even Punk's shit booking is tolerable in a normal wrestling programme, not in one where it sounds like the two lead commentators are friends of friends who have been awkwardly left at the table when their mutual went to the restroom

Do you think FAN can take some of the credit for this?

I liked him when I was a regular watcher of New Japan back in 2018-19, so was actually looking forward to him in AEW.
As soon as it became obvious he doesn't watch the product or seem to actually care, I knew he needed to go......Ian Riccaboni would be a miles better option for Collision if he's available to work most weekends.

Maybe it played no part in his firing but I think choosing the weekend of Stings retirement, clearly a hugely important show for AEW and Tony Khan, to go online and bitch about the company made things even worse for him.
Selfish and unprofessional to create negative headlines when the weekend should have been about celebrating Sting.

Kevin was just plain awful and was becoming a nutjob in real life.
Good riddance.

If only there were a suitable replacement that Ian Riccaboni already has a great rapport with.
Yes I’m shilling for Veda Scott to be hired again.

As I said before, Tony made him obsolete when he offered to work Collision shows
He ad Nigel are great together, Kevin has never been great on any of the shows
The fact he has a horrible attitude only makes it worse. Those two can man Collision just fine, need a third guy? Get Ian back, weeks he can't do it? Get Daddy Magic or Paul Wight. They'd be absolutely fine. Even healthier JR seems like he'd fit now.

How bad do you have to be to be FIRED by AEW; nobody gets fired by AEW.
