Have we noticed anything different in production?

I like the presentation more! I don't recall them doing the visuals of superstars (there was one of becky and another of sami that I really liked) going into commercial that was really cool. It feels like a different, fresher energy all around

Can't recall the match or event, but there was a static shot from the middle of the aisleway that just focused on the match for like 5-10 seconds

The presentation itself is markedly different to make it feel like "real sports": more arena walk-in shots, backstage interviews not necessarily happening in the specific backstage interview area, "throwing it back" to Cole or Graves, no brightly-colored spotlights in the crowd, the ringside LED boards are a simpler black with the WWE and Raw/SmackDown logos.
But once the action is in the ring, it still feels like the same WWE we've been watching for a decade-plus. There are no new camera angles, it's still predictable that the show is going to commercial mid-match when a wrestler is thrown to the outside of the ring, occasionally frenzied cuts.
But overall it's getting better because any change was welcome. I think the truly significant changes in presentation will come once SmackDown goes to USA and Raw goes to Netflix.

I can't pinpoint everything different but it feels different. It feels like it's part of the product rather than being separated from it if that makes any sense.

I said this in the WM thread, but I think they are going to show off some new production choices at WM. Different camera angles, drone use, etc...

On SD lately they've been having the camera zoom around the ring during matches, which is something I don't believe Dunn did.

It's a much cleaner, professional-feeling production. Dunn's production, especially in his last few years, felt really chaotic. This is a lot more orderly and more "real sportsy." Yeah, there's still rapid fire cuts every so often, but it's a lot less common than it was under Dunn.
It is a million times better.

Can't recall the match or event, but there was a static shot from the middle of the aisleway that just focused on the match for like 5-10 seconds I think that's been a real favorite shot of production as of late since they've used it so much heading out of breaks, and I've got no problem with it.

Op line comes off like sarcasm even if it isn’t. They’ve changed a LOT as far as production and have tried a lot of new things.

The few times I've tuned in recently (mostly SmackDown), I definitely notice a big difference. I really like the bumpers going to commercials that show the current superstar being featured, making them feel bigger. I thought there was a shot coming back from a commercial where I didn't think I was on the right show and kept fast-forwarding because it was from the ramp and going forward toward the ring while the match was already going on. I rewound it and watched the shot again, like damn, that's kinda cool. That may have been an AEW shot from last night, now that I think about it, but my memory is trash so I dunno. Either way, the shows look fresher for the most part, but someone else said during the match it still feels very much the same, and I agree there, too. I hope they get away from a lot of the set in stone tropes, like constant hard cam shots, and everyone posing towards the hard cam.

I don't get motion sickness from watching anymore so that's a big plus.
However I only have PPV's to judge by, and SO many missed shots and moments. Hell in Rhea Ripley's entrance alone at the Aussie show they missed like 4 things. It's like they don't know when to cut or what to cut to so they guess, and do it at the wrong time. It doesn't feel as fluid in that regard. It's very noticeable in general.
But I'm still happy I can watch without having to take any meds for queasiness.

Like night and day It's so much easier to watch and a lot of the changes are subtle but they're fantastic. It just feels so much less frantic, SO MUCH less cutty, and I like the angles they've been experimenting with along with new visual styles and presentations I assume will only continue Dunn needed to go years ago, but I'm very much enjoying being well... DUNN with him

I tunned in for the gauntlet match on Raw and goddamn was the camera work an improvement. The way they shot and produced the last minute between Zayn and Gable was perfection. One single shot directly at the turnbuckle and then into the roll-up, highlighting the physicality, the reversal, and Gable getting a shoulder up at 2.9 out of view of the ref.

I know they do PIP for NXT, but would love to see it become a thing for Raw & Smackdown, since regular sports coverage already has that sort of thing.
