Anyone else developed any habits thanks to wrestling?
I never fail to sing along to Sexy Boy word for word. I always pause Rick Rude's theme song midway through so I can do one of his trash talks. Brother Love once interrupted Sapphire mid dance by saying "eeeenouugh". I do that every time I turn off the shower.

I can't, and have never been able to be fully satisfied just watching wrestling. Watching wrestling on television has mainly served to inspire my indulgence in fantasy booking, whether that was with action figures as a kid or video/card games as an adult. There's been many times I've wished I could just be passionate about watching wrestling and become a walking wrestling encyclopedia like some of the people around here, but it doesn't hold my interest in that way.

Thinking it's acceptable to cut a promo when in conversation/argument.

I’m the same to an extent. I’m usually watching and I’m looking at the roster like “what could make them better”, or even things like camera angles, arena presentation, things like that. I’m usually much more invested in the “look” of the show than I am the matches. What a weird, weird quirk.

I completely tune out in the middle parts of some matches and let the crowd reaction be my call to come back to the match.

If The Rock’s music hits I’m doing the people’s eyebrow whether there’s any one around or not. It’s just instinct at this point.

For 6 years every Monday and every Suunday with PPV we all gathered at a buddy's place to watch. This buddy worked for a soda distributor. And always had cases of Grape Crush all over his place.
So for years afterwards if I watched Raw or PPVs I had to have at least 1 grape crush.

I booked a couple years of storylines in real time on the extremely limited WCW vs. The World for PS1, and somewhere in the house I still have a notebook with all of my match cards and results from that booking.

I dont have the notebooks anymore,at my old work we ran a wrestling league using a PS1 and whatever that first WWF game on it was. But instead of the wrestlers it was all CAWS. I had a stable that was teh Bundy Family from Married with Children. Some dude found online a good caw of Laura Croft. Was thhis 2 year long running fed with a bunch of ...I think i was the youngest at 24 ,middle age guys playing it at work to pass the time. One dude made a Smurf Stable. Hefty was the World champ for a bit. Thinking that was the first time I created the ButtSweat caw. Which was this luchador I came up with bored on a 16 hour shift.

I have my stopwatch going during the first few entries of the royal rumble to make sure the intervals are really 90 seconds.

I don't really like watching WWE TV/PPV shows at all. House shows are fun, but when you're at a show being recorded, it's harder to suspend disbelief when you see producers and cameramen telling the talent where to go, or wrestlers just standing there looking angry 2 feet from a camera for an unnatural period of time.

I'm not quite to the same level but the look is so important and I hate how generic the big American promotions in particular have become. Thankfully there's still times companies try something a little different. Give me Cherry Blossoms over dude wipes and mushroom juice anyday.

Eh, I’ve seen clips. I can appreciate the art direction but I’m not generally a fan of super-cinematic looking stuff. My ideal presentation would basically be American Puro, if it existed. Treated and shot like a sport, just with my favorite guys that are over here. The language barrier keeps me from getting to invested in Japanese stuff, not to mention I’ve really slowed down on watching much of anything over the years.

Weirdly specific one: after I started following ICW in Scotland, and more specifically Joe Hendry, I can no longer listen to the main riff of "Seven Nation Army" without immediately hearing "Lionheart Is A Fanny".
