Good Lord, 205 Live is cursed. It's amazing how the cleanest individual from that time is someone who openly calls himself a Bastard. Never heard anything bad about the Lucha House Party guys. I met Kalisto at an indy, he came off as a good guy. Has anything come out about Tony Nese? Noam Dar? Arya Daivari?

Gotta say Gulak being pissy about someone buying fans pizza kind of does a lot to explain why despite being a natural fit as a comedy guy he seems obsessed with doing the GRRSRSWRSTLR thing that he's abysmal at.

It's one thing to be a LITTLE rough with the n00bz to show them things aren't going to be easy, but the kind of JBL/Benoit/Hardcore Holly toxic tough guy shit has no place in dis businezz anymore.

Maybe they can now quietly dissolve the NQCC and let its members do more interesting things. And give the Heritage Cup the 24/7 Title treatment.
Or let Noam Dar have it again. At least he made it kinda work as a comedy heel.

Maybe Cody had a point when he talked shit about Gulak that one time. Until today I legit didn't know there was any kind of beef between Cody and Gulak.

I've been watching him since 2014 when I began going to local indys and it'd make me really sad if something came out otherwise, but he's probably the one I'm confident in not having to really be concerned about. Everything I saw about his time in AEW is that he's been really helpful.

We know what Drew Gulak thinks Cody needs to get over, but he clear as shit didn't know what Drew Gulak needs to get over.

Someone on Reddit thinks that they might have found the match in question.
It was against Damon Kemp on LVL Up. And seeing it, yeah it does look like Drew just tried to spike the guy.

The clip was on the previous page and yeah, I barely trained as a wrestler but I know a deliberate attempt to not make a move as safe as possible for someone when I see it. And that was September last year. And they let that air unedited. Like, what the hell?

Gulak so obviously stops to consider how to intentionally spike him, it's nuts that this aired.

I'm guessing the only reason it didn't get as much attention when it happened was that A. no one really knew about Gulak being a complete turd at the time and B. It was on Level Up.

I would like to hear the audio of Cody saying all of it, if it still exists. It really does seem like there's more to it between them than pizza. I can’t remember the exact channel but it is definitely on YouTube as a full interview with Cody

That's why I make jokes all the time in the Live Chat (that, and I'm just the type of guy to joke around anyway lol). I enjoy trying, and failing miserably lol, to make people laugh on here it makes the live chats more fun too
