Braun's best work was as a solo destroyer with Roman and is an upper mid card - main eventer in his own right I fully understand why they wouldn't want to stick him in a stable where he'd likely be at best he'd be like the third most important member... To be honest, I have no interest in an Uncle Howdy group. But I'm happy to see Rowan back. I've stated from the start I'm really skeptical of it taking off.

Levesque talks about it in the documentary, Bray was so stubborn and passionate he could be his own worst enemy when it came to executing ideas. Having someone working a gimmick of that nature who is more open minded to saying "Sure Paul, lets try a take your way and see how it goes!" could be a good thing. The flip side of that, is that someone who isn't as insanely passionate about the idea as Bray was might not be able to pull it off at all like you said.

I don't think we'll have to worry about a lack of passion from Bo since this is clearly a tribute to Bray but I agree about the idea side of it if Bray was as stubborn as Paul says in the documentary.

I'm fairly confident that Taylor will put his all into the gimmick. I really hope he has the right person working with him on this idea tho, I don't think Levesque is the right guy. I'd think Paul would be the first to tell you that sort of storytelling isn't really his wheelhouse. I'd be talking to guys like Taker, Matt Hardy, Jeremy Borash, Eric Young, Chris Park, Paul Ellering, Karrion Kross. Pick the brains of guys who have worked on those bonkers magic gimmicks and videos. You're the BoLieve guy, you might be a little out of your element on this one.

Given what HHH is doing, or rather, NOT doing with the Unholy Union (Fyre/Dawn) I can't say I'm surprised about HHH not being in the wheelhouse when it comes to supernatural stuff. At least when it comes to storytelling. I'm just going to try and enjoy the ride and have my fingers crossed that it does well because, well everyone knows my feelings about supernatural/spooky type stuff in wrestling lol.

I imagine Bruce will be heavily involved, as he had a big hand in the Taker gimmick and lore, as well as other early 90s gimmicks (like Papa Shango).

Totally forgot that dude existed, he is absolutely someone who needs to be involved. Because the folks that enjoy this sort of angle are the folk who will pick over every single thing with a fine toothed comb and completely turn on the story if things aren't making sense.

He's still with WWE (his official title being "Head of Character Development"), and has probably been doing stuff behind the scenes, though I imagine his work is still evident with how long-term stories have become.

He's definitely got his hands all over the product right now, their continuity has been way more on point as of late.

I may have been playing with a song writing AI.
I'm Erick Rowan, the king of the land, Started from the bottom, now my grapes are grand, I traded the stage for a vineyard estate, But don't get it twisted, I still bring the heat.
I used to slam bodies, now I'm slamming grapes, Vineyard entrepreneur, yeah, this is my fate, From choke-slams to wine barrels, it's a new endeavor, Sippin' on my own wine, guaranteed pleasure.
I'm the owner of success, in this grape crusade, My vineyard's booming, ain't no time to raid, From the wrestling ring to the wine press fight, I'm chasing dreams, row by row, day and night.
