Brainbusters are a weird case. They seem safe enough as long as you don’t turn it into a Ghostbuster but no one does it regularly. The last person that I can even think of to use it regularly was Eddie Guerrero.
Tiger Suplex is one I’d like to see more of in the US. You see Dragon’s more often than you see the Tiger for some reason. I can count on one hand the people that have used it in the WWE over the years. Off the top of my head Saturn, HHH, and I think Asuka. lol

The tornado DDT would be a great finisher (for a wrestler other than Fuego Del Sol) Would like to see the Roaring Elbow used more instead of superkicks The spinning heel kick looks fantastic, and I can't remember a wrestler consistently doing it since Savio Vega and Owen Hart X-Pac did it as well, and weirdly Viscera used to do one that he really should have done more often because it always got a big reaction. But maybe he just got too hurt and slow to do it any more Viscera's was I think a bit more like Liger's koppou kick, but really, pretty similar. Jericho used to do spinning heel kicks as a regular move, but I think he phased it out in like the early 2000s. He's always been one for changing up his moveset, for any complaints people could make about him.

I think I was more surprised to see that than Undertaker losing.

Someone needs to use the Regal Cutter as a finish. I remember RVD taking it at Mania X-8 and it looking deadly. last time I remember someone using it was pete dunne, always loved that move and it suits an elegant wrestler so well

The last person that I can even think of to use it regularly was Eddie Guerrero. Austin Aries used it as part of his finishing sequence (transitioned into either a 450 or Last Chancery) and Kyle O'Riley uses it as a lower tier finisher.
