FOB's songs don't translate nearly as well into live concerts. I like their songs, but I don't think I'd like to see them live. Watching Pharrell now. He's just like, singing all the choruses he's done in the past for other artists. I guess I missed all of his actual songs. I dunno...they seem pretty hit or miss with live performances. I've seen some that are spectacular, and some that aren't so good. I think a lot of it has to do with the way their sound is mixed...and often it doesn't seem to be mixed all that well, at least not for TV purposes. Something's always out of whack with their mixing. And that's pretty strange, seeing as they're pretty huge...you'd figure it'd be a lot better than that. Ah well, I'll still hopefully see 'em live sometime...and yeah, their album stuff is great. Well, at least the last two albums.

[During the Live Earth concert in London,] Presenter Thandie Newton, stuck onstage when the link to Al Gore wasn't up yet since Al Gore wasn't ready, made the hilarious gaffe "saying that you've been to Live Earth is as sexy as saying you're 'hung like a warlord'". She was also so stuck for material she even recited a 'knock-knock' joke to the crowd.Did this actually happen, or is it just some "Wiki Vandal" trying to be funny. (That concert ended just as I woke up this morning, so that's why I'm asking )

The "girl" cat dolls were just on bravo, that was embarassingly bad. And that the commentators made fun of them after too makes it funnier

I got off the feed for a while to do something else and now I can't get back on. They said it's a record for the number of people streaming the event or something
