Sometimes, I work on scripts just for the heck of it. Like just in case my planned production company gets really big and need projects to get started on. But one of my recent things has been bugging me and I was hoping the 'Crappers would help me on it.
Jenny Samuels is a young girl in High School in Ohio and just started her second year there. Not exactly the most popular at her school, she has always noticed problems with how it all worked. How the jocks were allowed to get away with anything because of the fact they played great in the sports teams and the like. When she meets someone on the internet, she discusses these problems with her. The next day, she notices that things around her school are different. The walls are painted, the lockers are new and people are more respectable. What happened? How did all these changes come about? Did it have something to do with the online friend?
Yeah, it seems like an average teen movie with a twist, but if it helps me make money, I'll be happy ;D.
First off, what do you think and second off, how should everything get wrapped together?

The internet friend asked for her age. She replied "Fifteen". Internet friend said, "LOL. I'll pretend you said 18."
She woke up and went to school next day realising it wasn't as bad as that internet remark.
Been a long day, it's all I could come up with.

I think Snitsky needs to be the principal at this school.
Seriously, this is an interesting premise. It's kind of hard to suggest some sort of weird underlying conspiracy without getting too over the top, but it sounds like there should be some mysterious group or force behind the sudden changes.

The online character is some sort of er....Wolf. The Wolf is her guardian and has been from birth and sacrifices everyone in the school overnight, he reveals what's happened to her at some point and she goes insane when he insists this is what she wanted, police intervene, she insists it was a mythological Wolf guardian who did this but it looks like she's the one with blood on her hands. She goes to Prison for the criminally insane when she keeps insisting it was a talking Wolf that did everything, and the twist is the online friend was her split personality and she realy is wacko, and did everything ehrself in a sleepwalk like frenzy.
the film ends with a mexican stand off when she gets out of her cell and everyone important gets shot, Walk On By by Isaac Hayes plays over the credits and you dedicate the film to Charles Bronson (the actor).
That'll be £4000 please.

The person she met on the internet was actually the school building itself and finding that one of it's inhabitants was unhappy attempted to fix the problem by absorbing all the problems into itself and then creating this perfect school in return. The problem parts and innocents are now trapped, slowly making the building go mad ...
Which leads to surreal, bizarre and horrifying events ....
and so on ...

It all was the day dreams of an autistic child starring into a snow globe.
That or make it a PG-13 horror movie that's basically a blatant rip-off of Wishmasters. The internet friend turns out to be an evil genie that grants wishes, but at a cost. The wishes always have negative consequences and I think there was something about losing your soul or something. I wasn't really paying attention, it wasn't that good of a movie, to be honest.

She and the online friend could walk across the ocean to meet each other, if its not too deep. We can call it The Oceanwalker. That'll look good on a hat.

Ummmm...She dies on her way back to her home planet? That's awful, I don't know where you'd get a crappy idea like that. Just have her move into her own apartment with two sexy ladies.

Just make it real schlocky.
She had a best friend/love interest for years but they stopped talking to each other since he joined the Football team.
They end up bumping into each other at lunch, they give each other the "I know you" look, but then he looks back at his jock friends, dumping her tray, and laughing along with them... But you have to follow it with a shot of him looking concerned while nobody is looking at him.
After the school is changed, make it so that the Jocks are the one mocked and called geeks. Have her be a bitch to the guy in return and to most of the guys in general. Have it lead all the way to prom where she wins prom queen and that night, the guy admits he's loved her for a long time. She, in return, dumps punch on his head and he runs home crying. She realizes what she's done and tries to run after him, but he doesn't seem to be listening to her. He cuts through the woods that they used to play in all the time together, but it's different. She can't find her way out in the maze-like woods. She crumples to the ground, crying for help, and ends up laying down in the fetal position hearing her mom's voice.
Suddenly she wakes up in bed in the same position with her mom trying to wake her up. She realizes it was all a dream. As she's leaving to school, Jimmy (her friend/love interest) meets her at her house but she's hesitant to talk to him. He admits all he's done wrong and even admits his interest in her. Looking at him to make sure he's sentimental, they share an adorably cute kiss and walk to school hand-in-hand...
The end.
Make sure credits cue up with a blooper reel.

Everything is made to her liking. But what she doesn't realize is that she's just made a deal with the devil. Have it be where she logs on to her instant messanger, right before it, she says something like... NO ONE LIKES ME... WAH WAH WAH... I WISH THEY WERE ALL DEAD! And then suddenly, an IM window pops up on her screen from someone that she doesn't know. It says... "Hi, is everything okay?" This creeps her out, yet she is drawn into talking to this stranger due to his witty banter. (i don't have time to do witty banter, heck, I dont know if I can even do witty, let alone banter) So she releases all her thoughts about school to this stranger, because it is the internet, and usually people are not afraid to release their true feelings to strangers (just look at all the dating/relationship threads on this forum). So anyway, when she arrives at school and sees everything different, she actually enjoys it. Becomes popular, and everything is going fine for a few weeks. Then, one day on the way back from her ASB President meeting (she is the president now, after all ) she runs into a man, dressed from head to toe in a black cloak. He says "Hi, is everything okay" (continunity!) And then she is put off, and is stunned. She doesn't make the connection, but he puts his hand on her shoulder and says "you got everything you dreamed of. Now, it's my turn." So yeah, she runs, he appears in front of her, shd drops her bookbag and screams... the Devil finally pins her, and asks her to do his bidding. He needs people killed, souls taken, that kinda stuff. she gets a gun, and is set up to kill as the Devil requested (so she can spend an eternity in hell, as to this point, she was a pure soul) but then questions how perfect her life really has been. She wishes it all away, and it all ends up in a final showdown with the Devil. He kills her, and we pan out from her body, laying dead in a pool of blood in the middle of an empty meadow. Fades to black, movie over... BUT NO! Turns out, it was all a dream. She awakes to an IM message on her computer screen, "hi, is everything okay?" and she promptly closes it, turns off her computer, teen-rock song plays, and she shrugs her shoulders and goes on with life.

Just don't make the girl's situation be a god damn angst teenie booper flicker. Hell, how about the evil jocks for once actually seen as guys that are absolutely pressured by the Alumnis, the coaching staff, and the bang-or-bust parents....and worse, having to take idiotic-level classes in order to easily pass, even if some of these jocks could cut the mustard with their brains. The other cliques aren't the lovable losers. They are as self-absorbed and as jerkish as the jocks. The scientific/mathematic nerds think everyone else are cavemen-idiots. The goths spend their time whining of how awful life is.....The Societal Clique worry about absolute nonsense that won't matter within 6 months. Everyone is full of it, and thats what your girl hero notices. If anything, why not have the protagonist be a situation where, like in reality...no one cares about her. She doesn't care either, UNTIL she notices (then your movie starts).

How about we make it a drug fueled romp?
Take my former idea, but let's turn her former friend into a completely druggie instead of Football player... As they're talking, he advises her that maybe she just needs some "medicine"...
Cue 1-1/2 hours of drugs, sexual romps, exploration, and then the eventual downfall, complete with "I'm so excited, I'm so excited, I'm... so... scared..." breakdown scene...

This is Thirteen
''Tracy Freeland is a thirteen-year-old girl who just wants to fit in. To do so she must make friends with the most popular girl in the 7th grade ... Evie Zamora. It's not as easy as it sounds when Evie peer pressures Tracy into doing things such as stealing, drugs, piercings, and sex-- far from the Tracy everybody seems to know. But as Evie and Tracy's friendship gets closer, Tracy's old self drifts farther and farther away from her family and neighborhood friends where it's up to her mother to finally step in.''

So actually, when you think about it, it isn't like Mean Girls And also, I didn't say I didn't like your idea. Heck, I thought it was interesting. I'm just worried that my little idea was going to turn into something involving sex and drugs and stuff. All I wanted was a Teen film Not saying they're bad, and I do want to try and seperate it from the others..it's just...well, I dunno. I was just confused
