The mindlessness of this game gets to me sometimes. I can't stand it.
However, I play occasionally. Word up "The Light That Blinds" and "Cowboys from Hell" to being the best two songs on a video game ... ever.

Am I the only person in the world who actually plays guitar and thusly hates this game? Why would you hate it? It's two totally different things.

Because I can have tons more fun actually learning how to play these songs on my guitar and then playing them. 'Hate' is too strong a word. It's hilarious when people talk about how difficult they find it to co-ordinate both hands.

I play guitar and this game. I enjoy both, although playing a real guitar is a little bit more fun

Uh people can have plenty of trouble, just because you're good at Guitar Her doesn't mean your good at guitar, but guitar players fail to realize it works both ways, just because you're good at guitar doesn't mean you're good at guitar. You tell me when you can play Jordan on your guitar, anyone who does just as good on Guitar Hero deserves praise, it's a competitive game. It's like Wii Sports, why would I go and try to play tennis when I can just play it with air conditioning?

It's like Wii Sports, why would I go and try to play tennis when I can just play it with air conditioning? I don't recall saying that either one of them was easier than the other, nor that I was good at it. The coordination thing just makes me laugh because it is still coordinating the rhythm with your two hands that is the key thing for both playing guitar, and playing the game. My point is, I see no reason for me to want to pretend to play guitar when I can actually play guitar. I realise entirely that this is not applicable to all individuals, or to other games - such as a wrestler playing a wrestling computer games - but that's just how it works in my mind, for this game. Oh, and for what it's worth, I don't like the Wii system anyway. I don't want to be jumping about and waving my arms about when playing a computer game. That is - again - why I'd be playing a computer game rather than doing it for real. Computer games are an escape for me - where I do something that I couldn't do in real life, such as fly a space-ship. Whereas a sport game holds no interest for me because I don't even want to do that in real life, let alone pretend to do it.

I always wanted to see Buckethead try Jordan on Guitar Hero
