Making GI JOE an international force headquartered in Belgium is like making Godzilla attack New York.
It doesn't work that way.

Even VAN HELSING? Damn, thats a vampire movie that sucks. Oh shut up, YOU do a better pun! thats a weird one. The Mummy and the Mummy returns was good, I'll admit that, Van Helsing was meh when I saw it in the theaters, but somehow, when im not paying to see it, it seems better. Seeing any crap without having to pay is always nice.

well, like Transformers before it, I have hope that this movie will do well and it is just as good as Transformers was. Besides I like Stephen Sommers movies Even VAN HELSING? Damn, thats a vampire movie that sucks. Oh shut up, YOU do a better pun! But the IDEA of Van Helsing was cool. The SFX though totally killed it, IMHO. Even worse than the story (which wasn't great but was decent enough).

Sommers?!?!? Fortunately there aren't many ghosts, aliens and robots in the Joe universe or else we'd have one hell of a CGI orgy on our hands. But then again there's Cobra La. DAMN!
I wish someone like David Lynch would direct a new Joe movie. Heck the guy did a Disney film w/ the strait story... so Lynch directing Joe isn't much of a stretch.
