Who remembers being forced to watch this as a child? I remember back in like 2nd or 3rd grade having to watch this during library time. Features some of your favorite cartoon characters telling you not to do drugs.
*Edit* Just google Cartoon All-Stars to the Rescue and it will come up on the first page.

Forced? HELL NO!!!!!!!!!! I watchd it on regular tv because I wanted to. Greatest. Cartoon. Ever! You might be right. I am currently watching it right now, and it is bringing back some positive memories. I remember having this on VHS as a child. My mom made me watch it, but I don't think I complained too much. It is your favorite cartoon characters together on one show.

I loved it and have it on tape. They made us all go into the cafeteria the year that it came out and had everyone watch it.

I liked it, but as I got older.....I kinda was wishing the little girl tried the marijuana and learned the hard way how much it sucks.
Remember kids, when Slimer tells you something is disgusting.....listen.

Michealangelo telling kids not to do drugs? C'mon. Guy is an obvious stoner.

ThrowBack, looks like your link got served. Linking to Google Video is a no-no round these parts (since it allows downloading of illegal things).

That was quite possibly the greatest cartoon special of the early 90's

Absolute awesomeness seeing everybody on the screen at once. I was four, and marked out accordingly

I'm really glad that they didn't try this a few years earlier in, say, 1983 or so. Instead of the Turtles and Garfield, it would have been Rubik the Amazing Cube and the Monchichis.
