Bob I want the Red Sox to beat the Yankees in the division this year for selfish reasons. I want them to because I don't want the Yankees getting past the Braves all time, all-sports, consecutive division titles streak.
Does this bother you, or is any reason to cheer against the Yanks and for the Sox a good reason to you?

Hey Bob, I have a question.
What do you think of the growing obesity problem in industrialized nations, yet 800 million people in the most poverty stricken countries are starving as we speak?
This is a serious question looking for a serious answer. Thank you.

This is a serious question looking for a serious answer. Thank you. Ok, My opinion, is that the "obesity" problem is people not wanting to take responsibility for themselves. Most of it has to do with pure laziness. Especially parents who refuse to shoulder the blame themselves. Your kid isn't fat because the school cafeteria has snacks, it's because the parents let the kid play video games for hours a day instead of going outside. ( I have a relative who loves using this excuse as to why her 10 year old weighs over 100 lbs.)

Are your hopes as high as mine with 2 guys on, and being down by 2 runs?
