Man, I hate the third one. The second is alright, but doesn't pack the punch the first does.

The first one is a GREAT movie, the second one is good to me but not nearly as good as the first, and the third one pure sucks.
The third one is the one that ruined it all. It gave Robocop a bad name. It smeared the franchises image into a kiddie-image. It just ruined everything. To this day if you tell someone that has never seen it to watch Robocop, and they snicker and laugh, Robocop 3 is why.
Of course... I have to own it on DVD because of my Robo-fanboysim.

ON a somewhat related note, Robocop vs. Terminator for SNES is the awesomeness. Have you guys seen the Robocop vs. Terminator mini-movies a guy on You Tube made? They are really good. He puts them together nicely. It doesn't just look like a clip fest. |

I hope that AMDS guy gets a new You Tube account and finished his RvsT movies. I hope so, too. That was so well done. I was really amazed the first time I saw it. I thought it was just going to be a "Clip of Robocop shooting" followed by a "Clip of Terminator being shot, but the background doesn't even look like they are in the same area" type thing. Then I saw how well he synched things up and the fact that he put Robocop and Terminator on the screen at the same time multiple times. I was like "HOLY $@!%"! |

He succeeded at making him look like a real badass, which is a little tough to do if you show how he walks too much.

He succeeded at making him look like a real badass, which is a little tough to do if you show how he walks too much. To me that walk he does is a "Normal Mode" kind of walk. Almost like being on stand-by, because there are times when he's really nimble. Like when he dodges cars, missles and other things. Also when he reaches up to grab the motorcycles really quick and catches bullets. |
