"Scare Crow" by Ministry is a another good'n.
So is "The Sign Of The Southern Cross", "Heaven & Hell" and "Buried Alive", all by Black Sabbath.
Jed Shaffer ~I've been on a Dio-era Sabbath kick lately. Don't know why.

you obviously never heard of Brotha Lynch Hung... sweet! someone else who knows brotha lynch Never had a life, never had a wife I'd rather have a jack knife and creep through the night See my mind ain't right, just ran out of my Prozac (damn) This grind ain't right, I'm supposed to have fat stacks Certain people in my life, they didn't have my back It's hurtin' deep and I'm still fightin' to make a come up, you know what So I put the gun up, and I picked up the mic Then it all came out, it was a very bloody sight It was a very dark night, (pull out the tool) Do the death dance, I don't wanna see your hands 'til we (run out the school), school of hard knocks We tote glocks and punch holes in 'em like polka dots, scopin' plots It's nothin', I handle raps like I handle lacs Plus I, I handle this like I handle that I got skills in this battle rap, matter fact You could meet me in the back, and we could spit s*** like mini macs How many times must I have to spit, patna? And how many nines must I have to grip? Cuz I rip s*** like a ice pick and I hit up your block quick And if you can't see it you must got glock-coma I'm sicc in the head and I'm not sober

I forgot the creepiest one of all.... Dead Babies! The thing with "Dead Babies", though, is that it's an anti-child abuse song. But it is still creepy in it's own nice little Alice way.

While I'm thinking about it, another good one on "From The Inside" is "Millie and Billie." Brother and sister that are a little "too close", resulting in them dismembering Millie's husband because of Billie's jealousy, before being caught and placed in the asylum.

The sad thing is, my favorite Misfits song is possibly one of their least creepy: Where Eagles Dare.

"Creep In the Cellar" by Butthole Surfers
There's a creep in the cellar that I'm gonna let in and he eats in the alley and keeps track of my sins when he starts talkin' backwards your head starts to spin and he really freaks me out when he peels off his skin
There's a creep in the cellar that I'm gonna let in there's a hole in his brain where his mind should have been when he starts rubbin' wrinkles he gets pretty thin when he starts talkin' nickel-back diamond-back muscle-back
There's a creep in the cellar with his hands in the air and he lies to his mother but she doesn't care well the fish are flying backwards and they're all in dispare cause the turkeys talkin' backwards, it'll raise up your hair
well there's a creep in the cellar that I'm gonna let in

Love Rollercoaster by the Ohio Players creeps me out because of that urban legend that there's a woman being murdered during the song.

I always get creeped out by "Hurt" by NIN and "Falls Apart" by...Hurt. The song just cutting off and the static at the end always sends shivers up my spine.
And for pure lyrical creepiness, I think "Possum Kingdom" by The Toadies rates up there high, despite it being a very toe-tapping song.
