How come my internet tabs are coming up where the purple circle is instead of where the black arrow is where they belong? is there an easy fix for this?

I can honestly say I've never seen FireFox do this...
Is it only this program that's doing it?

What did he say?
Anyways could be an addon.
Mine for example has one I set so that it minimizes to my try instead of my tool bar.
Could be something like that.
If not have you tried simply restarting your computer?

he said set the properties like this. I really don't want to restart my computer right now because I'm working on something. but when I do I'll let you know.

If it's only FF doing it it'll have nil to do with those settings in the picture.
It's either a random glitch, which restarting may or may not fix in a slim shot, or it's a rogue setting in FireFox which may or may not be due to an addon you have with it.

firefox is the ONLY program that ever went down into the taskbar. So I wouldn't know if other prgrams are doing it. I haven't downloaded anything new or done any updates.
EDIT: I should point out that my g/f restarted the computer and when it came back on there were no icons on the desktop so I turned off the computer and turned it back on. the icons came back but then I had this problem.

Your problem gets more confusing the more you describe it. Run your scanners for whatever it is you have then when you get a chance restart your whole machine and just go from there. Honestly I can't do anything to help ya it seems. :-\

yeah I was gonna ask that next. my avg has been telling me it licience is up or something. but this is the first problem since I've been getting that message. I usually have a guy come down and help me fix my computer but he lives far away now and just had a baby so he's not availible for a while.

If that's the case, then you can always download the free version and try that.
