The only game EA has improved when they bought the rights out was Burnout. Burnout 3 might very well be the greatest racing game EVER. Then they smurfed it right in the ass with Revenge, and Paradise with the free-roam crap (cause it worked SOOOO well in Underground 2 </sarcasm>) is not looking any better. I'm still stuck on whether I want EA to bring back Road Rash, until they do EA is worthless to me. The only game EA has improved when they bought the rights out was Burnout. I think all Star Wars titles these two developers made series out of(KOTOR, Battlefront) will shift to being made by a LucasArts published developer.

My apologies about that...I ment to post it once then it told me I was banned (which it does every once in awhile despite me receiving no notices from any mods...ive only once been reached by one and that was for multiple pics in my sig when I was new) and I kept trying different ways to get around it, and somehow it ended up that way. But yeah, its been fixed.

The first Mass Effect is totally unaffected by this. The game is pretty much done and will be out in a month or 2. EA won't be able to touch it. Although future games in the series...who knows.
And if it's any consolidation, this is more of EA just buying them to make money from them rather than assimilating the two companies into EA. They're still going to operate as separate entities for the time being.
So we'll see how it goes from here. But don't worry about Mass Effect. It will be good or bad all on it's own apart from EA.

But you forget, That Mass Efect is going to be a trilogy. The first may be good, but EA likes to milk things until the udders bleed.

That's why i said who knows after this one. On one hand, Bioware is staying separate. On another, EA isn't above embracing the same old.
I just hope EA lets Bioware and Pandemic do what they are good at.
