Either your Dad is tiny, or that moose's liver is freakin' huge.
I need to try Moose sometime, preferably in burger form.

How does moose taste compared to elk or deer? I really want to know.
That's not so gross, if you want to see something different, be around when someone skins a bear. It's not that its that gross, it's just that after the skin and head is off, it looks an awful lot like a human body. At least it did to me.

That's why Native Americans referred to bears as "the brothers of man".

not complaining just find it odd is all.

They're not very graphic at all, IMO. I've never even considered eating moose. It must have an interesting taste. Probably completely different than goat.

Probably completely different than goat. yeah. you'd expect it to be quite tough but it's actually very easy to eat. I've seen people go absolutely nuts for moose. The Native side of my family goes bonkers when ever they hear we have moose meat. It doesn't spend to much time in my freezer I'll tell ya that.

Where did your dad shoot the moose? One of these days I want to hunt deer with a bow. in the out skirts of Nova Scotia. I can't remember the name of the town. I think you need a special licience to hunt with a bow. Unless you are hunting wild Boar. for some reason they make you hunt those with a bow.
