I whole-heartedly approve of these already listed:
Airheads (I don't know anybody who doesn't like this movie... it's just a shame that it's been kind of forgotten). Mystery Men (ditto). Halloween 3 (OK, I know a lot of people who thought it was 'meh'). Demolition Man (never heard a bad word about it). Shaft - the new one (again, never heard a bad word. I thought it was a great sequel to the original and yes, I have seen both). Ferris Bueller's Day Off (THERE'S PEOPLE WHO HATE THIS MOVIE???).
Now, my addition (and I know that I'm gonna get flack for this):
"The Blair Witch Project" and all associated documentaries. I'm not so big on "Book of Shadows: Blair Witch 2" but the documentary that came out with it was great.

Spiderman 3 and Transformers. Could they have been better? I suppose. But I still enjoyed them greatly.

I'll go with Spiderman 3. It was a little rushed, but there were some big bright spots for me. For one thing, I thought Thomas Haden Church's portrayal of Sandman was the best representation of a Spiderman villain on the big screen ever.

Last Action Hero.
I've watched it so many times. Still love it.

Off the top of my head "The Number 23" immediatly comes to mind.
I'm sure there are more...but, for whatever reason, that's the one that immediatly came to mind.

Ferris Bueller's Day Off (THERE'S PEOPLE WHO HATE THIS MOVIE???). There are many things we could call those people...but i'll stick with calling them Un-American Communist Bastards!

The Halloween remake, I thought it was pretty damn good, not as good as the original, but I happened to enjoy it.

I didn't hear much praise for "Idiocracy", so I'mma go ahead and add that to the list.
(Maybe my Internet wasn't working when it came out though)
Well, in any case, I liked it!

This thread begins and ends with
EXCALIBUR
Possibly my favorite movie of all-time, and an underrated gem.

Excalibur is amazing. Nicol Williamson just completely steals the show. Helen Mirren is delicious as Morgana.
