Too late but Shuma.
Cold is awesome, he has fairly consistently been written well, which is amazing.
However Madrox is just best.

Mr. Freeze locks Shuma-Gorath in another Ice Age --------------------------------------- Up next ... Thanos - Marvel: He is a Titanian Eternal, and is often referred to as the Mad Titan. Bitter at being an outsider (Due to looking more like a Deviant than an eternal), Thanos is driven insane and becomes fascinated with nihilism, embarking on his quest to "please" death, and begins by conducting a nuclear bombardment of Titan that kills millions of his race. Thanos possesses a wide range of abilities, some of which are common to the Titanian Eternals, and others that have been acquired through bionic amplification, mysticism and augmentation by Death itself. He has fought just about every hero in the marvel universe, in his goal of the annihilation of life. (Defeated Jubilee) vs Jackie Estacado/The Darkness - Top Cow Productions: Jackie Estacado is the current wielder of The Darkness and hitman for the Franchetti Family mob. He is a very violent and sexual man who, until gaining the powers of The Darkness, lived life in the fast lane. Of course, because of the possibility of impregnating a woman causing his own death through the mysterious ways of The Darkness, Jackie tries to refrain from sex, to his great frustration. Though Jackie lives life on the wrong side of the law and can kill without remorse, he has a set of morals he follows and always tries to protect those he cares about. (Defeated Longshot) I'm going with Thanos, always a good villain to have to deal with.

Thanos obliterates The Darkness -------------------------------- Next ... Spiral - Marvel: She is a supervillainess and subordiante to Mojo. Normally involved with the X-Men she has powerful mystical abilities. With gestures or dance moves, she can teleport herself and numerous people across great distances. Teleportation and powerful spells require more complicated dance moves. She also has 6 arms and is a skilled sword fighter. (Defeated Tombstone) vs Rogue - Marvel: Hailing from Mississippi, she is the X-Men's self-described southern belle. A runaway, she was adopted by Mystique of the Brotherhood of Mutants but turned to the X-Men when the aftereffects of her repeated use of her mutant power - particularly the permanent absorption of Ms. Marvel's psyche and Kree powers - threatened her sanity. More than most mutants, Rogue considers her powers a curse. She involuntarily absorbs the memories, physical strength, and, in the case of super-powered persons, abilities of anyone she touches. This prevents her from making physical contact with others, including her longtime on-and-off again love interest Gambit. (Defeated Deathlok) Spiral is interesting, but Rogue is a very cool character so she has my vote.

My first cartoon crush, Rogue.
Don't look at me like that, she was hot in X-Men TAS.

Rogue batters Spiral down ------------------------------ Next a battle of bad guys .... Doomsday - DC: A supervillain and foe of Superman. Doomsday was created and evolved through cloning an infant and having it killed over and over again by one of the most dangerous species of the universe and in one of the harshest habitats in existence, prehistoric Krypton. As such, he returns to life and becomes resistant or immune to what killed him before. After the Radiant killed him the first time they fought Doomsday grew immune to the latter's energy-projection, and even managed to withstand Darkseid's full Omega-Effect. The amount of damage dealt to Doomsday determines the length of time it would take to fully recover. During his outwardly undamaged death at Superman's hands he only needed some months to recover, but when Imperiex reduced him to a skeleton, it could take a hundred years without assistance. He is most well known for killing Superman. (Defeated Captain Marvel - Marvel)) vs Mr. Sinister - Marvel: Sinister is a brilliant scientist, with unparalleled knowledge of mutant genetics. His existence is unknown to the general public and he does his research in secret laboratories across the globe. He has employed groups like the Marauders and Nasty Boys to carry out his schemes. Born in 19th century London, as a human scientist with interest in mutations. He entered into a pact with the centuries-old mutant Apocalypse, who granted him immortality, among other powers. However, Sinister has no allegiance to Apocalypse and, while studying the bloodlines of the X-Men Scott Summers and Jean Grey, determined that their child would be a mutant powerful enough to destroy Apocalypse. When Grey was thought dead, Sinister created the clone Madelyne Pryor to bear the child who would become Cable. Sinister also has a connection to the X-Man Gambit. (Defeated Trickster) I'm unsurprisingly going with Mr. Sinister on this one.
