Feel free to share your story here.
I had a stalker several years ago, at my old job at Target. He was a mentally handicapped guy who had a "routine" that he'd put people through. He memorized the names of the principals of all the local high schools, and he'd walk up to anyone who looked to be in high school or recently graduated, and would start asking them questions about the school. Inevitably, he'd ask if they remembered him from high school.
After this brief chit-chatting session, he'd grab your shoulders, turn you around, and jump on your back, forcing you into giving him a piggy back ride.
Long story short, he called my work every day for 2 weeks, and would pop in 2 or 3 times a week trying to get ahold of me. He finally did, and apologized for farting while he was on my back.

Yes... I was a member for ages at the DC Comics messageboard, and a guy on there found that I lived locally... I was still new to the area, and hadn't met many people outside of my college course, so I was happy to meet up with a new person. However, he nearly bored me to tears with his horrible personality, and his total conviction that he was a gifted writer/singer/actor/comedian/impressionist. He was a fool.
He kept contacting me online and on the phone (including during my lunch breaks and just plain at work, as I'd just started my first real job), and eventually I caved and met up with him and some other guys for a drink, just to make doubly sure that I wasn't harshly judging him (something I'm known for)... I wasn't. They clearly found him impossible to put up with, and at the end of the night I and another guy missed our buses and ended up walking about 5 miles, and both agreed that he was a loon.
Eventually, I had to block him from both email and on my phone, and then I left the DC boards, as he started running me down, obviously cos I ditched out on his friendship.

I've had one. I used to frequent a bar w/ friends of mine. There was this guy who would always be on the second level and would glare at me and follow me around the bar. He started coming around the kiosk that i worked at all the time, and just loitering around there. Then one night i was at said bar, and went to the restroom. Whilst waiting in line, i felt his hand on my shoulder, followed by a "hey, how're you doin?" A chill ran down my spine as i suddenly didn't have to go potty anymore.

A girl I dated for a short time in University. We were both messed up on drugs at the time, and it was a totally destructive relationship so we agreed to end it. As we had a few of the same tutorials I saw her quite a lot, and we remained friends, joking around etc. Then one day I was talking to another female friend who she walked up to, called a "Smurfing Bitch" and then stood between us and starting talking to me as if nothing had happened. A few days later another female friend and I went for some retail therapy (what can I say, I`m a man that loves to shiop ) and then went to a bar for lunch. I got a text message from my ex saying how stressed she was with an essay she was writing. After clearing it with my friend I text her back and told her where we were, and she came and met us. Not 2 minutes had gone by when she was calling my friend a "prissy little bitch" and getting overly aggressive. Katie was well able to stick up for herself verbally, but I didn`t want any violence, so we made our excuses and left, with psycho ex still mouthing off in the pub. As we left, I went to give her a hug to show "no hard feelings" and she grabbed me and hugged me like I was a family member she hadn`t seen in 20 years. I had to prise myself away. Next came the texts and phone calls, I had left my hat at her place, she needed help with this essay and that essay etc etc etc, endless calls and texts for trivial things. Then one day I looked outside my flat window, and saw her walking past. Then 5 minutes later again, then again, and again, for 5 HOURS! The texts and calls were still coming too. I called some friends and we changed our plans for a night out, to a night in my flat. When they came over, another 3 hours later, she was still there. I was seriously weirded out by the whole thing, and my female friends were all afraid that she was going to jump them. I asked her if she was being jealous because she still wanted to be with me, she said no. But she kept on with her stalking. In the end I changed tutorials to avoid her, and as I left Uni for religious reasons after I cleaned up my act and rehabbed, I made sure she didn`t know where I moved to. I recently caught up with someone I was friends with in Uni, and apparently she asked him and others virtually every day for 5 months after I left, where I was. Then she got a boyfriend...I don`t even want to think about how weird their life together is!

I wouldn't mind if the woman in your sig stalked me. Is it sad if some attractive girl stalked me I'd just invite her in? I know the answer already.

A couple actually. The first one was a girl I went out with for a few months. I ended it and she freaked. Called me about a 100 times, sent me a bunch of text messages and rambling e-mails, and showed up at my door at my door one night and totally cockblocked me. Luckily I was already planning on moving, so I just rode it out for a couple weeks until I left town.
The second was a friend who just couldn't accept the fact that I didn't want to be his friend anymore. He kept calling me and showing up at my place. I threatened to kick the crap out of him if he didn't knock it off. It worked.

Yeah, kinda. 1 girl, about two or three times. She'd do stuff like create fake myspace accounts to try to become my friend under new identities.

I've had a few here and there, which is confusing, cause I'm not that attractive. It's more on the jokey side though, not like they are carving my name into their arms.
One of them I ended up dating for a year and a half. Huh.

I immediately left with my boyfriend and he followed suit and my man wanted to kick some butt but i wanted to hide so we got in the car and he followed again until we parked in a dark parking area and he passed by twice looking for us and I have never been more scared in my life..i have never went back t that pool hall and i am very cautious to what I tell people

Yes. My psycho ex stalked me for awhile after I broke up with her, she would just show up at my parents house at 7am asking if I wanted to go to Dennys, the zoo, the mall, etc. and I would just repeatedly tell her to go away. She actually been diagnosed with Schizophrenia (SP) the whole time we were dating and refused to have told me about it.
She would call every 3 to 5 months asking if I wanted to go out even when I told her I was dating someone else. "Oh thats ok! How about tomorrow then? I'm sure your girlfriend doesnt mind!" And she called again last month asking if I wanted to go with her to her cousins wedding.
Yeah.....and we broke up 5 years ago.......

We has this guy at our high school who would stalk the boyfriends of any girl he had a cruch on. You would think he would follow them around but he would follow the guys around. I was dating a girl named Jen when this dude suddenly started showing up anywhere and everywhere I went. I called the police one night when I found him snopping around my family's garbage. My dad had him taken in for trespassing and other charges that I now forget. He eneded up pleading out. Th funny thing about it all was that me and Jen only went out for 3 weeks and, to this day, we keep in contact. I have since heard he is a registered sex offender after comitting lewd acts with underage males.

No but one of my friends (who is a girl) keeps getting girls stalking her at the rate of about once a month. I have no idea why there are so many lesbians in Myrtle Beach.
