Pick only a film that was released/shown in theatres. No DTV.
My pick? GOOD LUCK, CHUCK. Urgh.

Watch for the hundreds of "300" responses, whenever a thread asks for over-rated or worst movie of 2007.

Shrooms. Don't know if it got a release over in yor neck of the woods, but if it does.....don't go see it! That movie does certainly sound like crap... I was considering wasting a couple of hours going to the budget cinema in Central London on Saturday to see it, but if it's that bad, I don't think I'll even bother for a third of the normal London ticket price.

It was nice to make fun of. But it was an awful film. Highlights include a loving portrayal of Irish natives (you can imagine), and the world's most predictable ending.

Good Luck, Chuck is a giant piece of cold, hard (with olive chunks) poop.
300 at least had decent action scenes.
Good Luck Chuck was only good when the credits started and I could escape that hellhole.

I love you James Franco, but Spider-Man 3 wasn't your fault.

Superbad...reminded me too much of the damn children I deal with at work...only I didn't get paid to see Superbad.
Shut it off 20 minutes in...ive never had to shut off a movie willingly before.
Just a...I am trying to avoid the obvious pun here...terrible, horrible movie.

Watch for the hundreds of "300" responses, whenever a thread asks for over-rated or worst movie of 2007. Too bad, because "overrated" and "worst" are two different things. How about The Invasion? Completely unneccesary crap remake of a film that is still quite good (if you really want a remake, watch the Donald Sutherland version from '78)

hehe with everyone saying 300 was overrated, doesnt that make it underrated because nobody really rated it?

Shrooms. Don't know if it got a release over in yor neck of the woods, but if it does.....don't go see it! I like the cut of your jib, Bobbedy. Some on the DC boards actually had the nerve to start a thread entitled SHROOMS...THE BEST HORROR MOVIE OF 2007!! Say what you will about this board, at least we don't have to deal with shills in sheep's clothing here, looking to pimp their latest crap vehicle. Oh, and worse movie personally? Transformers. Even if it didn't rape my childhood memories of TF, it was still one of the worse cliched laden scripts I've ever had the displeasure of hearing. The dialog made me want to puncture my eardrums like Kakihara in Ichi The Killer. It was the moviegoes' equivalent of Andy Dufresne's escape from Shawshank. An Hour and a half crawl through some of the foulest screenwriting and moviemaking known to man, just to get to the half-hour of cool robot smashing at the end.

That movie came out last year. And, I thought it was pretty good. But, the fact that it is a 2006 movie disqualifies it from the Worst Movie of 2007 award.
