Damn, with long hair you look like my neighbor when he was a teenager, with short hair you look like him now, and the guitar doesn't help. Ya both look better with shorty short hair too. anyways, I grew mine out once just for the hell of it. When I was going through shampoo so fast it wasn't funny I got a crew cut. I never did like it much. Too much work. I actually think he looks WAY better with the long hair. I agree. I also liked the Doctor Who shirt that the dude with the beard was wearing.

I used to let my hair get long. A little of it was because I thought it looked cool, especially with my beard grown out. It was mostly just laziness though, and in reality, long hair didn't really suit me and I hated it going all over the place at times. Maybe i'll let my hair grow out again if I start going bald... enjoy having hair while I can. ;D When you have long hair a breeze will seemingly arise out of nowhere, causing your mane to flow majestically. Especially when talking about something that is sacred to your people. No foolin'. Always works for John Redcorn! ;D

i've been growing my hair out for periods of time for the past few years thinking "Yeah, im gonna look sooooo cool". but unfortunately i suffer from "Jew-Fro" so it didn't look good and made me look like Napoleon Dynamite. And so i would then cut my hair and look like a 100 pound Bob Backlund. But, i recently bought a hair straightener and so i am now in the process of growing it again. And one of these days, i will live my dream of looking like this Why would you want to look like that?

I like extreme death metal and so started growing it to aid head banging. The second reason is that i have really nice hair long and the ladies absolutly love it. Plus id look like the odd one out when mysel and my mates look like this.

Why would you want to look like that? I dunno. I'll stick with looking like a supervillan, like some posters here say I do! Damned straight you do. You'd pass for a good comic character that was genetically sliced with a killer cat or something.

I've tried both, but being lazy and all, I tend to keep it lomg. Not sure what looks better though... or (perhaps not the best picture, but it's what I have at the moment) Or, well, I lied. I found one where I look like a f***ing emo, but... just say no to emo, folks.

Long hair on guys, in my opinion, just does not look good. Mid-length is fine, but shoulder length? No way. It just makes guys look...homeless, or that they don't take care of themselves. It's never conditioned, or washed properly. I also hate when guys tie their hair back in a pony tail...oh, christ that's awful. Or...when guys braid their hair. What?! So...in my opinion, they shouldn't grow their hair. The only places you can get employed is a music store, or walmart. Those type of jobs.

I have had long hair in the past, and am growing it at the moment. But seriously, it just doesnt suit somepeople. But what drives men to want to have long hair? For some, the ability to do it. For others, impending male pattern baldness. I am the latter. I miss my hair. It writes to me on holidays and my birthday. After it receded, it moved to California and took the name "Sammy Throckmorton", going into modeling. This one's for you, Sammy.

My well-conditioned, beyond shoulder length hair and I laugh at you and your opinion, and will continue to do so while earning my Ph.D. in Chemistry.

I never have the patience to grow mine out really long. Once it gets beyond a certain length, I get all antsy and have to trim it up and get my good solid mohawk back.
However, I absolutely LOVE anyone who does anything to make the closed-minded people uncomfortable.

Most of my male friends have long hair. Mine especially goes past almost to my waist. Most of us have good jobs. I work for a bank. a friend for a dentist. And we all have lovely conditioned hair. all the ladies say so.

I have long hair, I take very good care of it, (Though Age is starting to rob me of some of it!) And I have a very well paying job at the Post Office.

I grew my hair out after shaving my head for 12 years so I could try cornrows on for size ...
And I like 'em.
