This is why it annoys me when people go on about evoloution as if its true Well...because it IS. If someone can find me actual, legit, rock-solid proof that ANY conspiracy theory is true, I will give them ten pounds sterling. Because I have yet to hear of a SINGLE conspiracy theory that turned out to be true. But, can you find any actual, legit, rock-solid proof that we DIDN'T fake the moon landing? Conundrum!

conspiracy 'theory' and scientific theory are two different things really.
Conspiracy theory for the most part is wild speculation often offering convoluted ideas or clandestine organizations in lieu of actual facts whereas scientific theory is tested, tested, and tested in an effort to find out if it fits, and is typically the best idea we have at the time based on the facts and tests therein.
They're at opposite ends of the spectrum really.

"Clavius Moon Base" is the best website for debunking moon landing conspiracies.
A conspiracy to cover up a fake moon landing would actually be more difficult than actually going to the moon.

I support the reverse conspiracy moon theory that not only was the moon landing real, but that every appearance of the moon in a live action fictional TV show or film post-1970 was also on the moon, using secret NASA technology given to Hollywood in exchange for cameo roles for astronauts and scientists.
I also may or not believe that there are two moons, one of which is hidden by the other. Depends on my mood.

This is why it annoys me when people go on about evoloution as if its true when itself is just a theory (please note im not saying darwin is either right or wrong) I really dont see why people get so angry for/against this whole moon conspiracy tho You don't know what a theory is in science.

We all know the moon landing was fake. In reality, there's no way the surface of the moon would be able to hold a space craft. Its made of green cheese, ya know.

Lunar Landings, plural, there were 6 of them plus 3 other manned orbits.
Just saying.

Neither does anyone else who stresses the word "theory" when talking about the Theory of Evolution. They love that word, though. The Kansas Board of Education even proved they don't know what a scientific theory is when they labelled their Biology textbooks.

"forthillsoccer, we might get on the moon in 2020, maybe sooner, maybe later. but apollo was a fake,it was made out of illuminium foil (officially announced, the hull = alluminium)theres a documnry called the untold story, they state it also(its a doc taking sid eof it landing on teh moon)and thats impossible in aluminium foil, ffs! " "i new it never rely happend amireca jsut wantz 2 be bettere than al uther cuontrys canada is way better i lyk live ther. im so happy their is finaly proof!" Two pearls of wisdom from the comments... Anyway we all know that Elvis and the Roswell aliens scripted it, and there is no mention of that on the video

So that's why people get angry both for and against it.

AOL is just as bad, ever since "The Dugout" started being hosted there I've come to the conclusion that 99% of people on AOL do not know what satire and/or parody is.

I was writing an article for my portfolio recently and was watching exerpts from different documentaries on 9/11 from youtube. I was annoyed by the amount of kids that were barely toilet trained when it happened saying they knew all about it and quoting conspiracy theories involving George Lucas CGI over missiles and rubbish like that. To relieve that I went to watch the famous Joe/Daniels/AJ three way for the X Division title, and was astounded to find just as stupid and obnoxious comments (albeit less offensive). Makes me want to bang my head against the wall
