Haha, you all know Cena is going to win the match right? Some people are kind of taking this as a personal insult or something I am, because I thought they were smart enough to know the 21st century is no place for slow moving giants with limited movesets in the title picture.

First off it's something new at least! Anyway no I do not want to see Khali as champion. But It seems like the feud of the summer will be Khali vs RAW(HHH/HBK/Cena/Orton/Edge) cultimating in the Elimination Chamber at Summerslam for the WWE Title. So thats why I love this. Think of the possibilities of the themes that could have hit. HHH? Jericho? Lesnar? Rock? The thing is, none of those were remotely possible. Realistically... Vince Shane Mark Henry Khali One of the attackee's was faking Cena

I find it amusing that people think Raw was great then Khali and suddenly it sucks
And they have the grapefruits to criticise the people who do when Cena wins for the 7 millionth straight time...
I guess you really can't please everyone

If you liked it, more power to you.

I like it when pessimistic people get angry. It makes me feel better about being happy. Calm down people. In a month or two, you go back to complaining that Cena is beating your favorite wrestler. You can't be talking to everyone, because I don't feel that way, and I think some others don't either. The show was great, but it was a big letdown as Khali doesn't exactly set the world on fire with his matches. No, I just noticed people getting irritated because there are sooo many others that "deserve" the spot. Khali doesn't set the world on fire...he brainchops it in half.

Think of the possibilities of the themes that could have hit. HHH? Jericho? Lesnar? Rock? But it turns out to be Khali. Well lets look at this logically,: - HHH - Injured, not going to happen as it would take to long for the pay off.
- Jericho - I doubt he ever comes back and there is no way they could keep that a secret.
- Lesnar - Has a contract for MMA and a fight coming up soon. Plus he has said he wont be back anytime soon.
- Rock - Doesn't care for wrestling anymore and wants to keep acting.
I point to the Punk storyline on ECW that is still developing. This could all change next week. It not unlike them to use Khali as someone's hired gun. That has been his whole role since coming to WWE.

It just seems a little hypocritical to me....but then that may be just me

People bought a broke down Hogan and Piper. And this is way better than that. Plus the new aspect is people on Raw coming to the greater good of getting rid of Khali that makes it intreasting they all are afraid of Khali but all don't trust each other and creates tension that will explode after Summerslam thus making compelling feuds for months ending at Survivor Series. This is so great it writes itself. Don't just think of now think of the future and true if the whole Raw vs Khali angle dosen't happen than it's stupid bit if they do what I'm saying than brillant! There is a difference between now and 20 years ago. I'm not saying that there's nothing wrong...but yeah...that wasn't anything better..and I don't certainly want to return to those times. You keep giving other examples of when it happened before as if it makes it right why we should see this lame crap again. What? I'm saying him they could have a really lame bad singles match but there is a greater purpose for this. Since Khali attacked everyone including Cena it just makes sense for them to teamup to take down Khali. Since he is almost unstoppable. I wouldn't mind a short maybe month or two title reign by Khali to show his dominanace since I see a very good payoff in the future. I am hopeful they wont shoot there load and they'll do really good build for Summerslam. I see this being great and probaly the best storyline they could do. Plus I want a compelling storyline and Raw facing the unbeatable monster is cool to me.

I really hope that the hired gun idea is what happens. I didn't really even think of it that way. Khali holding the belt clouded my brain so much, that I got tunnel vision.

After think of who it could have been realistically all I could come up with was Khali, one of the 3 attackers faking, or Cena did it (as someone debuting as an instant main eventer isn't really a viable situation anymore)
Unfortunately for me it was the least enjoyable of the choices... However, Your mileage may vary...

I smell swerve. It will probably turn out that Khali just came out randomly and it is just assumed that he did it but it was someone else. Or creative will rehash the hit and run story line from six years ago when Rikishi turned out to be the attacker but was paid by triple h to do it.

I like Khali, so I don't have a problem with him facing Cena.
Having said that, i am disappointed that Khali was the guy who did the beatings. I was hoping that at the very end of the show, somebody would have found a sledgehammer at the scene of the crime. I would have crapped my pants.....
