John Cena, by far. We're talking about the best champion. The best champion to me is the one who holds the company on their shoulders, so to speak. Cena works harder than any of those guys on the list when you take into consideration the travel schedule he endures due to his regular schedule as well as any media he may be doing. He is the closest thing to a main stream star that wrestling has right now, having been on many talk shows, in commercials, things of that nature. He is the biggest draw in the company and is marketed as THE face of WWE.
In kayfabe, he faces and beats anyone who challenges him, so he is easily the strongest booked, most believable champion.

So, who is the best Champion in the world, excluding big portions of the world? Human Tornado, PWG World Champion, of course! See: Homicide and Christian Cage. I was more looking to point out the absurdity of asking who the best World Champion is, then saying "everything except North America is excluded." Plus, Human Tornado is better than the rest of those options.

Christian by far. I'm sick of seeing boring bland babyfaces who still get booed as Champion. It's frickin 2007 for crying out loud nobody wants to see it anymore.

Cena without doubt. The Christian love on this site is something I will never understand.

Christian is overated, but still wins this poll for me (just beating out Cena).
Oh, and because the Intercontinetal Title (among many other WWE Titles) has been defended around the world, does this mean they're officially "classified" as world titles?

I'd love to vote for Bobby Lashley, due to his overall pure wrestling abilities, but Cena is THE World champion.

I don't feel that Christian is overrated at all.
He's a worthy Champion who has worked long and hard for his spot in the wrestling industry.
I don't think that he's a wrestling God, but he's definately the only World Champion right now that has truely earned his spot!

Christian. He's the best in-ring worker, as he can pace himself in a long match and have a decent moveset, he's got incredible charisma(after all, he's Captain Charisma!) and he's a god of the microphone, much in the same way as JBL.

I have a better question. How does someone vote Batista over the other 4 here. I can't stand Cena or Trashley and they're both in another league compared to that big stiff.

I say Christian Cage. Though Brock is the best WWF/WWE champion EVER IMO.

Christian. He's just real fun to watch as a heel.

Screw PWI, I'm voting Homicide. In all seriousness, Christian wins out, with I guess Cena coming up in second. Christian's got the mic skills, charisma, character, and in-ring ability to have a damn good reign. Plus, he's had maybe the best heel turn of the last 12 months in all of mainstream wrestling. The guy is TNA's new top heel, and he plays it perfectly.

I remember early last year, when there was no ECW. I really wanted to see this interpromotinal match.
Christian Cage (NWA) vs. John Cena (RAW) vs. Kurt Angle (SD!) vs. Brock Lesnar (NJPW)
