I didn't see this PPV, only read about it. From what I understand, Sting/Abyss was simply abysmal, but the rest of the show--except for Rhino/AJ which people just seem kinda "meh" over--was pretty solid. And Joe/Christian sounds like it was awesome.
Sounds like Sting/Abyss dragged the show down more than anything else.

I have gone back and rewatched Cage Joe, and It still rocks, has to be considered as an early MOTY

They work well together but it was a bad concept match. I hate religious Sting. Rhino/AJ was really good live. Just watching it, it had you on the edge of your seat which is basically all it was for. I have gone back and rewatched Cage Joe, and It still rocks, has to be considered as an early MOTY I agree. Really good.

I'm glad you liked it Joker. It's strange though I've watched almost every tna ppv for the last 2 years and I thought if 1 would put someone off forever it'd be this. Arguably because most of my wrestling viewing is WWE (Well ok pretty much all of it) , watching something like TNA just seems so fresh and different that it becomes extra enjoyable. Plus the majority of TNA's wrestlers have years of experience behind them so can put on consistent and decent matches. Chris masters, Lashley or Orton don't have that thus look poor in comparison.

The Sting/Abyss thing was ok, but what killed it for me, in addition to being overly gimmicky, was that only one guy really took bumps. Sorry, but that just doesn't work for me. As for Elevation X, I had REAL low expecation for it, seeing as I loathe scaffold matches with an absolute passion, but it was just plain dull.

Are you loony as a light bulb?.... If you meant me, then yeah, but I thought we'd established that by now.
