Sting/Angle could've been a big PPV match somewhere down the line and they hotshotted it on TV, with a screwy finish. I don't hate Angle being in TNA, I'm just indifferent at this point in time as the booking has been pretty awful.

I think he is mad...because Sting/Christian is an obvious match. Christian turned on Sting. Sting has YET to get a fair one-on-one confrontation. TNA is just shoehorning Angle into the main event...again. Exactly! Sting-Christian make sense! Angle being involved in this is just stupid. Plus you could build Christian-Sting better than a random triple threat match.

Plus you could build Christian-Sting better than a random triple threat match. Angle being involved make sense, due to how Sting got his title shot. Jarrett was Angle's choice as the 5th man for Lockdown. Everyone on the team hated it, including Sting, and management hated it too. At the end of the Lethal Lockdown, Jarrett gave the win and the title shot to Sting. Angle was pissed, having sacrificed so much to have Jarrett as a teammate just to have the title he wants handed to Sting by Jarrett. Angle thinks he deserves the shot, and that explains the hostility with Sting.

For me, it isn't so much that TNA did the "set up a three way" show tonight, becaue that should be a solid match. What gets me is, this will (not might, will) lead to the title being held up somehow, and we'll get us a good ol' King Of The Mountain match, in which the new superface of TNA, one J-e-double F (Ha Ha) will go over and Tenay will mark like a child.
Then the contenders will be Sting, Angle, and Christian, and the focus will be those four, which will pretty much leave the rest of the roster (inclucing pretty much every home grown talent TNA has) in limbo for another year.

I don't think Jeff Jarrett will be in this KotM. There's only 5 guys in a KotM, you've got Christian, Angle, Sting, Joe, and people from Team Cage, I think any of them would get in before Jarrett. It would be weird to have one heel vs. 4 faces.
Though they also tend to put a guy who isn't a usual main eventer in these as well, so maybe this is where Daniels gets in the ring with Sting for the first time.

But I'd still put both of them above Jarrett in likelyhood. I doubt this thing with Eric Young will be over after a month.

This is my opinion on who would be more likely to be in the KotM, from most to least (but still having a chance):
Christian Sting Angle Steiner Joe Abyss Styles Jarrett Tomko Daniels Rhino

Just think how much better it'll be when they finally get two hours, though!?!?!?!? I know you're joking but, like I said in the other thread, why should someone trust TNA to do a 2 hour show right when they have had trouble doing a 1 hour show right? Two hours for iMPACT! is not the cure all for TNA's problems.

Sting needs to be out of the belt scene, like, 5 months ago.

Hell, at the rate things are going, ECW may even outlast them.

The sad thing about TNA is they had potential and have screwed up royally! This proves when people who don't understand the wrestling busness run a wrestling company they always fail! From Jim Heard to Dixie Carter they are always going to fail.

I watched Impact last week for the first time in months. Someone explain to me how AJ and Daniels both went heel and why the Fallen Angel is going after Sting these days.
On another note, I thought it was funny during the opening Angle/Sting match, there was a whole bunch of blood stains from Abyss' beatdown from the "previous week."

Yeah, When Tenay said "Christian Cage making his mark on Kurt Angle" or something like that, I said "and if you look to your left you'll see the mark he made on Abyss earlier this evening...i mean last week"

I watched Impact last week for the first time in months. Someone explain to me how AJ and Daniels both went heel and why the Fallen Angel is going after Sting these days. I am probably a little off with some of this but: Styles: He and Daniels lost the Tag Belts to LAX and he was upset with it and was arguing with Daniels. His brought out Rhino who didn't want to see Styles and Daniels friendship end up like his and Christian's did. This led Styles to argue with Rhino over whether or not Rhino knew what it was like to grow up poor and in a trailer park like AJ did. AJ and Rhino feuded up for a few months with it ending in an Elevation X Scaffold Match 2 months ago. Daniels: He won and lost the X belt to Sabin. After losing it to Sabin, he said something about losing his focus and needing to regain it. They started airing vignettes where he was talking about redemption and things like that. He returned 2 months ago, wearing a Sting mask and attacking Jerry Lynn. Since then, he has worn something like Sting.

But you mean after all that, there was no payoff for AJ/Daniels? I know they feuded last year just before Joe arrived, but geez. And the Jarrett/Young thing just happened. If I weren't watching now, I'd be even more confused if I missed the next several weeks and then saw them together.

The nice thing about the Jarrett/Young thing is they were together in the Planet Jarrett days, where Jarrett kept telling Young (who even then was afraid of being fired) that as long as they were friends, Young wouldn't be fired.
