There have been some legendary bad PPVs, but how many of us actually bought these? What was the worst PPV that YOU personally bought? I'm talking about live PPVs too, not ones you've seen on video.
For me it would have to be December to Dismember.

WCW Uncensored 98. The Benoit/DDP/Raven match was alright though.

Holy crap.....I almost wish I'd had the money to keep buying WCW ppv's, so I could look back now and laugh.
From Wikipedia, Bash & The Beach 2000 Results
# Hulk Hogan defeated WCW World Heavyweight Champion Jeff Jarrett (1:19)
* Hogan pinned Jarrett after Vince Russo had Jarrett lie down for Hogan. * After the match, Russo fired Hogan and declared that Jarrett was still champion.
WTF?!?!?!

I got a job and a life (sorta) and quit watching WCW shortly after buying GAB 2000, so I didn't know about that.

What happened was Russo came out and told Jarrett to just lay down. Jarrett did and Hogan pinned him and got the belt. Then Russo cut a promo on Hogan talking about all the politicing he did backstage and how he wanted that title so bad, there it is. Then he fired Hogan and told him never to come back, and he can keep that belt. Hogan also made some comments about how the company was in the crapper because of Russo. My favorite line from Russo was, "Ive got a family, ive got a wife, ive got 3 kids, and quite frankly I don't need this s***!" (talking about all the politics that went on backstage)
Russo then booked Jeff Jarrett against Booker T for later in the night to determine a new WCW Champion. Which is where Booker T won his first World title.

December to Dismember was by far the worst. No TNA PPV was as bad as that although Destination X came close.

Yeah probably D2D.
Though around 2004 and 2005 I bought nearly every WWE PPV so I'm sure there were some shitty ones in there.

Remind me, what was so bad about Genesis? I have tried to block most of it out, but I think it had the DQ title win for Abyss, and the Joe/Angle first encounter which wasn't that great. I'm sure there were a few other things, but it was very dissapointing and a large step down from the Bound For Glory PPV the previous month.

Ah, okay, that one. Yeah, that wasn't too great, but there's been FAR worse. I was actually thinking of Genesis from two years ago when Jeff Hardy took that rather impressive bump through the table with Abyss.
